“This place is great for some delicious Vietnamese sandwiches, Banh Mi and other treats. They baked their own bread, which is fresh, soft and delicious. The sandwiches come packed with choice of protein and fresh veggies, they are so good. Each sandwich is about 8.50$ which is a good price point in comparison to other places in the area. I have not tried their mochi doughnuts or corndogs but they all looked good too!

The lox was fresh and flavorful, perfectly paired with a soft, toasted bagel. The combination of cream cheese, capers, and red onions added just the right balance of flavors. It's a harmonious blend that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The service was quick and friendly, and the ambiance was cozy. “First thing, the staff are so friendly. I used to go to Teaspoon in the peninsula and was happy to see one in Hayward. Good selections and so impressed how friendly the staff were to us. There are seating areas outside too if you just want to sit and chill. I highly recommend.“

“Tasty fresh black coffee, peppery refried beans, and the right amount of crispy and soft machaca and eggs.

This quick stop turned into a wonderful family style diner where you can sit back and enjoy your meal and put down your phone for a little while.

The refried beans really tied my machaca plate together. The little bit of spiciness and black pepper pops and it reminded me of bean and cheese burritos growing up.

Stop in for fresh coffee and trust me on the frijoles.“

“Gong Cha is always a staple of mine whenever I am looking for boba and they happened to have a convenient location near shopping and some good restaurants.

Note: Gong Cha locations use a non-dairy creamer but beware, these almost always still contain whey which is a dairy derivative. It's a common misnomer so always ask for non-dairy milk if you are vegan like myself or adverse to dairy products/have an allergy.

In order to get a non-dairy drink, I was told to order from the Fresh Milk Menu. I did so with my Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Oat Milk and it was satisfying overall. It is indeed quite sweet even with 50% sugar so I'd advise to go even less if you aren't wanting a completely sweet drink.

“Basically Starbucks is a franchise location built on a established expectation for what you should receive. So once again, Starbucks at this particular location gets five stars because they deliver on all expectations. If you like Starbucks no reason not to go to this location. Although you could combine your visit like going to the Target across the street, which also has a Starbucks inside.“

“As a first responder, I love caffeine first thing in the morning to start my day! I remember that previously I had ordered a coffee and their machines were down so they couldn’t prepare the coffee I had ordered but the manager of this establishment had still gotten me a coffee to help me with my troubles and gave me a refund for my original order! Not only did I leave a tip but that was an amazing way to start the day! Usually I am always taking care of someone else…but it was really nice to have someone take care of me too the love in the community of Hayward is why I do what I do and this just made my day!
