“Would be five star review.
But... I ordered combo of fish and oysters with a side of onion rings.
When it came it did NOT have tarter sauce. It was ranch dressing with dill pickles or capers in it.
Also the onions were sliced too thin so they burned and were over cooked.
Fish was perfect.
I know what ranch is and I know what tarter sauce is. Tarter sauce makes the fish and chips.
I would return but bring your own sauces. I even paid extra for an extra one because I knew I was going to devour that sauce slathered on that fish.
Also - I have thirty years in the food industry. Cook, sous chef and chef instructor.“

“Hands down best Gyro I’ve had since visiting Denmark. The seasoned fries paired with their ranch and smokey barbecue sauces were divine. The atmosphere is very friendly and the dine-in aesthetic was quaint. HIGHLY recommend OakTown Kabobs with my boy Farzad.“

“Been going here since I was 5 years old. The taste has stayed the same over the years, especially the Tartar Sauce, which is just addicting. Aside from the prices, I think the change from a physical Menu Board to Television Screen is one of the many updates I've come to accept as this business has been open for such a long time.“

“I bought the oyster combo with DoorDash and I absolutely loved the deep fried oysters. The fried breading was very tasty and the oysters tasted like they were cooked just right.

I chose potato salad for the side, I liked it, however, I do not know if they make it fresh.

The combo also comes with a Shasta brand soda, but cola and lemon lime are the only offered flavors.

I definitely want to order from here again.“

“When we go usually its fantastic especially with the affordable prices and deliciousfood/options. But today the cooks in the back was not the regulars nd the chicken wasnt crispy like they wasnt coated properly and they are small the bread was hard. “There food is delicious. Called my order in 25 min early and It just took five min to wrap and give me enough sauce to eat it with. I had snapper and catfish combo it was Smackin. Great food does take time. I like to get my food in 10-15 min but at least it's fresh. The restaurant didn't have many people dining in, they were stopping in to order and coming back to pick it up though. There deserts were amazing looking and the workers at Jjs were really nice and called me sweetheart.“

“I had called in my order the lady who took my order was very well spoken she repeated my order so they would get it correct. It was ready when I got there I recognized the lady's voice and ask her for the manger she told me she was the manager on duty. She asked me if there was something wrong with the order.I told I just wanted to let her boss know how pleasant she was talking to something about her voice . She said thank you and asked me if there was anything else she could do for me . I stop coming to this location because of the service but decided to give it another chance because I live so close. Joan made me change my mind about it so for the last 2 months I have been coming every week. Great employee. I only go in there when I know she is working.“
