“They had 21 Pinot Noirs and one Chardonnay which was their first endeavor with that grape. They hit a home run with it. I was even able to get a chilled bottle, just what I was looking for on a hot day. The Pinots were all good, some very dry, some not so much but not jammy.“
“Mike described his wines as “natural yet clean” and I think that’s a fantastic way to describe all of the wines we tried across all three of his labels. Tired of classic boring CA varietals? This is the spot to expand your horizons in an approachable way. This was our favorite of our weekend natural wine route and we’ll be back for sure!“
“Hirsch was an outstanding stop. Their Pinot Noirs are truly special. They are elegant, complex, and a perfect expression of the Sonoma Coast. We had a beautifully guided tasting with a host who was incredibly knowledgeable about the vineyard’s history, farming philosophy, and winemaking approach. You can really feel the intention behind every wine.
The setting is intimate and relaxed, making it easy to focus on the wines and the stories behind them. If you’re a Pinot lover or just appreciate thoughtfully crafted wines, this is a must-visit. Highly recommend.“
“This is a charming little restaurant in Healdsburg, that's definitely worth checking out. We started with lite bites and cocktails at the bar. Their spirits selection was impressive and their bar staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They were very knowledgeable on cocktail recommendations and had a number of unique and interesting options. The food was unique and delicious, and the wine list was also impressive. We enjoyed a great bottle of CDP, recommended by the sommelier, who was also very friendly, knowledgeable and very passionate about his craft. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!!“
“Amazing Piedmont, Italy inspired winery with delicious and unique wines as compared to the rest of the region. They also make one hell of a cheese and charcuterie board to pair with your wines. Would highly recommend if you want to try something different from the standard Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon wines.“

“Really great wines! Each wine is such a thoughtful & unique expression of the vineyard it represents. Congratulations on critical acclaim!“
“Awesome food! Great wine and friendly staff.“
“The Spirit Bar is in the lobby of hotel Healdsburg. It only has eight stools but it's a really cool bar in a great atmosphere and Fridays and Saturdays live jazz starts at 6:00. The bartender Jason is absolutely outstanding! He's charming clever witty and a very very good bartender. The food comes from Dry Creek kitchen and is absolutely spectacularly good! And I am a foodie and a former chef. I'm generally go once a week to enjoy this special place and I hery highly recommend it. Go try it out and you won't be disappointed.“
“This spot is a must visit when you find yourself in Sonoma County. A beautiful tasting room from one of my fav West County wineries. Winemaker Ross Cobb is renown as a master of Pinot noirs but the little secret is that he makes amazing blanc de noir sparkling as well as Chardonnay that this committed red wine drinker can't get enough of. And his rose of Pinot noir is why our motto is #roseallday. Furthermore also has live music at both their Healdsburg location (just a 1/2 block from the Plaza) and their gorgeous winery on 116 near Graton.“
“We came for a joint birthday tasting. The server was very attentive and friendly. While we did stay for several hours we were continuing to order items. Unfortunately, the ( we believe) manager started rushing us first by taking our menus, then empty glasses and finally basically demanding payment. As we were leaving we were near the restrooms next to the offices we heard him disparaging us to the waiter. To bad made us question if we will be back or recommend.“

“I love this place! Especially the “us vs. them” side by side tastings of new world vs. old world European wines. The recent pop-up dinner with second staff was very well done!“
