This was perfect for a family of four. The bill came out to a little over $70 but the guy at the counter gave me 15% off for first time customer. They have tables and good music playing so we decided to dine-in. The food was served hot with all the extras…dressing, dip, Parmesan etc.”

“I expected it to be just another buffet where everything sits out too long and tastes kind of bland but this place was the total opposite, the roast beef was actually pink in the middle and the fried shrimp had a real crunch I’m still thinking about that rice pudding it was creamy and not too sweet

They kept the sneeze guards clean and the drink station had fresh lemons not the dried out little wedges you usually see, I was pleasantly surprised I didn’t expect it to be this good

“Where do I even start? I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but my recent experience at the Lincoln In-N-Out was phenomenal thanks to their manager, Michel.

We’re regulars at this location. It’s the one fast-food place I never feel guilty about taking my kids to, and as a sports mom, we’re usually here at least once a week!

On this particular visit, I could tell the cashier was probably new. She had a few stumbles while taking our order, but she stayed positive and got everything entered. When I received our food, I noticed a couple of items had been rung up incorrectly. I let the team know, and they immediately made it right.

Even after fixing the order, there were still a couple of small items that weren’t quite correct on a different receipt, but I told them it was no big deal because we would still eat those as is. As we were finishing our meal, the manager, Michel, came over and surprised us with a complimentary meal card for the inconvenience; which honestly wasn’t necessary because they had already taken such great care of us.

Michel took the time to talk with us, was genuinely kind, and made us feel valued as customers. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it’s exactly what every restaurant should strive for. You could tell her team follows her example, and it was refreshing to see such strong leadership in action.

Thank you, Michel, and the entire Lincoln In-N-Out team, for consistently providing amazing service. We’ll definitely keep coming back!”

And let me tell you this place did not disappoint...loved el Cubano sandwich with mariquitas...the ham croquetas...papas rellenas...platanos maduros...I also ordered a media noche sandwich for my mom and she loved it and for dessert we had the guava panecitos...
I also had never tasted the conga which was delicious 😋

Andrew went completely above and beyond!He welcomed us with open arms, let us come in early to decorate with balloons, and even let us turn up the music to dance. They are a beautifully pleasant family and the coffee is very hot and delicious. It’s a lil pricey $6.46 for a large black coffee. But I’ll definitely support them occasionally.
