“Ice cream was 4 out of 5 stars for my taste. Lack of flavors as well. I just wanted chocolate, but the closest thing was frozen hot coco. Now, the service was phenomenal and coffee I've cream was delicious. I'd love to see a few more simple flavors but that's my 2 cents.“

“Wanna get some yummy ice cream after you’ve had a burger at Amboy? There’s a variety of unique flavors at Scoops, in which I got a red velvet & oreo + vanilla & m&m shake. Probably would recommend having ice cream rather than milkshake because I think you can savor it better. The flavor was sweet and creamy, but in hindsight, I would have chosen just one flavor for the shake.“

“I am usually not the type to write a review, but the service that Sebastian provided was top tier. Sebastian allowed us to sample some products and provided some creative suggestions when it came to combination like a peanut butter and jelly like option when it came to gelato. He was extremely patient with me as I made chose a flavor or gelato to take home and even promoted the points system when imputing our phone number before purchasing it. His service alone is 5 stars alone and the products that were sold were extremely delicious as well, I am looking forward to trying more flavors and running into him again for more suggestions he comes across of.“

“I came here to say, I have never heard of this brand before but last night while shopping at my local Jay C (kroger), I stumbled across the Gluten free Gooey Butter cake ice cream and i’m so very glad I did!!! it’s delicious!!!! It’s not often us Gf people get to have cake and I actually don’t care for ice cream. I rarely eat it but that has all changed thanks to Jeni’s. I love it so much I might have ate half of it in one sitting….we listen and we don’t judge 😝. A+++++++++. Please don’t stop making this!“

“This ice cream shop is a pop-up (probably permanent pop-up) in The Shops at Santa Anita. I loved the free sample they offered! The server is so generous in offering the samples. The croffle is the best we’ve had for a long time, warm and so yummy. I especially enjoyed the matcha and hojicha, both made with ceremonial-grade tea. The ice cream did not disappoint me either. Totally recommend for sugar craves!“

I had no idea it was vegan until I saw the reviews on here! I recommend pairing the Calamansi with the Matcha—it tastes like a matcha lemonade. Other than that, the ice cream was absolutely amazing.

A long line formed right after we arrived, but we noticed it was moving efficiently while we enjoyed our ice cream.

The soft serve has a perfect texture (I tried the Pure Milk flavor with a Taiyaki on top, the Taiyaki being filled with Nutella), the service is quick and efficient, and the store was crowded when my two friends and I went on a Saturday evening. The ambiance is great too, there are so many pictures showing what the options are like, and there are clearly-illustrated menus spread throughout the restaurant. Anyways I tried the Chocolate Gooey Brownie and the Salted, Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Out of the 2 I would get the Salted,Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough again. The Chocolate Gooey Brownie is very choclatey and a bit boring. Salted, Malted is the way to go along with a waffle cone. Prices are reasonable, portions are fine, good ice cream but I probably would pick other spots just because of their variety. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and would come back.“

The service was fantastic from the man working there and you can even have free samples to ensure you like your flavour before committing to a flavour. There are a lot of good flavors, but I prefer the Ube brownie. I have yet to try their sweet bun. I like the waffle cone, but just like any waffle cone, they're messy to eat because they leak at the bottom. I'm not sure if they charge, but I saw a few people ask for an additional cup with their regular cake cone.

“One of the best ice cream spots in LA! They have so many options and the best part is so all are inspired by different countries. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
