“Afters has been my favorite ice cream place ever since moving to Cali back in 2018. I've tried multiple flavors, but keep coming back to the Salty O's (as a milkshake, and often with some caramel thrown in). I've tried and enjoyed the Ube Brownie, cookie monster, dark matter brownie batter, and the milk & cereal.

All solid tasty options that I would get again. For a friend's bday 🎂 I plan on getting them an Afters ice cream cake.

“Disappointed to say the least the ice cream wasn’t made properly, the employee was least bothered to even ask what I wanted. It felt like so much pressure to just ask for a sample and decide if I wanted that, the loud music made it so hard to hear the person and for the person to actually even listen. Wanted to take it to go but wasn’t even asked if I wanted that and felt forever to ask for a lid. Not to mention the ice cream literally has no toppings except the m&ms paid more than $10 to get nothing but a bad tasting ice cream.
Edit: The manager followed up and was kind enough understanding the situation and offered to make the ice cream and make it right. That was really sweet and I appreciate that since I got the ice cream after a few days from my initial visit and she remembered me, also gave me the sample for churro ice cream!! Made my experience better“
