“It's a cool ice cream shop (no bathrooms!) that's spacious enough to accommodate folks who are there to sample the flavors, folks who actually order, folks who consume the treats and folks who are just companions. It doesn't feel claustrophobic at all. In addition to the ice cream, they sell merchandise like shirts and sweaters. They also have pints in a freezer, in case you wanted to consume your dessert later on in the comfort of your home. As for the flavors, they constantly update what's in rotation. My hubby got the ube brownie, my brother got the strawberry and I got the chili lychee. They offer never-before thought of combinations and for some reason, they work! So delicious and refreshing. You can choose to have it in a cup or a cone...but their cones can cause temporary discoloration of the lips and tongue. We all looked like we were wearing plum lipstick after eating. All in all, I would totally return because I want to try all their flavors. I haven't ever come across one I didn't like. And their servers are all so kind and patient. They never got sick of answering all our questions especially about the doggy ice cream they now offer. What a great crew!“

“I have been wanting to try this place for a while and have to say I wasn't impressed. It wasn't bad it's just that I had different expectations. If you ever had a chance to try Monster Ice in Taiwan you know what I mean :) I was very happy though they had my favorite flavor, black sesame. It wasn't as flakey as I expected it to be and just a bit too sweet for my personal preference. Sweet beans and mochi was a nice touch. The milk sauce wasn't necessary in my opinion. I would come back if I happened to be in the area but wouldn't make a trip just for that.“

“A Florence Firestone staple. This place has some of the best natural flavors of both water and milk base. All the flavors I have tried have been very creamy and splendid. The fresas con crema are also good I just wish they had a little bit more granola but overall very good fruit and service. I can't wait to be back and try more of the ice cream flavors. I recommend the rompope which is one of my favorites, next time I go I want to try the fresas con crema nieve.“
“Finally got the chance to try this dessert place after always passing by. I got the pure milk soft serve and 3 pieces of taiyaki in custard and red bean. The soft serve is a nice texture and it's very soft. The milk is a bit too sweet, in my opinion. And you can self serve on several toppings for the soft serve. The taiyaki is very good, just wish that it is a bit more crispy. They give a generous amount of filling inside the taiyaki. Inside is a small place. They only have a bench and a couple of stools. Overall, a great dessert place!“

We ordered 3 shave ice and almost immediately my 3yr old spilled hers. They quickly made her a whole new order at no charge. Then halfway through her ice she had a meltdown because she now wanted "rainbow" colors on hers. They were happy to transform it into rainbow colors again at no charge. “Hands down the best Boba house in Los Angeles. She uses real fruit and not powder and ice. We couldn't remember where she was located, but we're glad we found her. The Mocha Frappe is delicious, you taste the coffee, chocolate and the mocha is definitely packing a punch. They only had one line open for ordering which caused a little line. We got the raspberry heart cookie, lemon iced and the heart sprinkle sugar. They were a little undercooked but still tasty.
