“The owners were the sweetest and answered questions quickly. I loved the space so much I ended up talking to Amber since the place is so obviously carefully curated. If you have the time I would definitely recommend stopping by! I chose the ruby apple and chamoy gummy bears and it was perfectly sour for me!! They do everything they can in house including creating their own chamoy recipe and it is absolutely delicious!! The ruby apple is the only dairy free option for now but with continued support from the community I can see them expanding as much as they aspire to:)“

“First time here, loved the ice cream!
It tasted better than other ice creams I've had. I ordered the pistachio and praline ice cream scoops on a waffle cup. The pistachio nuts were so good! Overall, I was impressed with the quality of the ice cream. It tasted more authentic than the other places I've been to. Customer service was good too.
They had outdoor seating but it was too hot so I enjoyed my ice cream in my car with the A/C on.“

“This Taiyaki + Ice Cream place is at the level of other giants such as SomiSomi. The soft serve has a perfect texture (I tried the Pure Milk flavor with a Taiyaki on top, the Taiyaki being filled with Nutella), the service is quick and efficient, and the store was crowded when my two friends and I went on a Saturday evening. The ambiance is great too, there are so many pictures showing what the options are like, and there are clearly-illustrated menus spread throughout the restaurant. The toppings are available for the customers to grab and add to their ice cream as they wish, and everything, from the Oreo crumbs to the Banana chips are great. You can truly feel that every single item in this store is, indeed, made With Love.“

“The bolo bao ice cream sandwich was the bomb! I had it with ube ice cream. The garlic fries - lots of fresh garlic with a side of bomb lemon aoili and house sauce! The best! Passionfruit green tea was perfect for the hot weather! So cute inside too! It's a smaller space and a one man show. Everything is made fresh so please be patient - it's worth the wait! “10/10 The staff here was amazing and super helpful, for being my first time they were patient and all their suggestions were on point. The pistachio and Nutella dipped cone was worth the money! The crema Torino ice cream was definitely my favorite 😍“

“First time coming here and it was a pleasant experience. I got the standard 2 half scoops with Texas Sheet Cake and Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flecks and they were both very rich and creamy. I got it in a waffle bowl and the portion size was fine but it was a bit expensive for $10. They do have dairy free and vegan options which is great. Also, the staff were very friendly and patient with us which we greatly appreciated. Would consider coming back.“

“I went in on Tuesday, the new owners were in back of me. I was telling the cashier how disappointed my daughter was, we came in on monday and it was closed. Well the new owners, gave me a couple cookies for free. That was so awesome of them. My daughter was so happy and she said" Thank you so much!"“
“Just not ice cream. They actually have a lot of snacks from japan. Don't let the metal fencing out front discourage you. Keep in mind you are going to a warehouse so there are no thrills or frills. They allow you to buy in bulk so if you are having a party this is the spot.“

Stopped by this cute spot again today and tried their ceremonial hojicha drinks — and honestly, so good.
We got the iced hojicha latte and a hojicha affogato, and both were super smooth, earthy, and not overly sweet. The latte had that perfect roasted flavor, and the affogato was such a fun treat — creamy, rich, and topped with a fluffy swirl that looked as good as it tasted.
The ordering area is bright and clean, and their menu board makes everything look extra tempting. If you love matcha or hojicha (or just want to switch things up from regular coffee), this place is definitely worth a stop.
Would totally come back to try the matcha affogato next time. 💚
We ordered “chunk and swirls” and “caramel fudge cashews”. They are so good, so satisfying. Highly recommended these two flavors. (Sorry my husband ate it all before I can take a picture of his)“

“Decided to come here after dinner because our son had been telling us we needed to try it out. Even though there was a long line out the door, it actually moved pretty fast! There was only one person working the counter and serving the whole crowd, but they were definitely hustling.
They have a lot of really funky and unique flavors to choose from. We ended up trying the Cookie Monster (served in a donut!) and the Ube. Both were really solid—the ice cream is high quality and definitely explains why this place is so popular.
The process is simple: you just pay on the iPad and then grab your ice cream. Definitely a cool spot to check out if you're in Pasadena and looking for a sweet treat!“

“My favorite place to go when I’m craving something sweet! The treats are always delicious, but what really makes it special is the staff. The employees are so friendly — you can tell they actually enjoy being there. Sometimes I see them chatting with customers like they’ve known them forever (in the best way). It’s not just service, it’s good vibes.“
“I've been going here for 15 years+. They have the best tasting water. I live a hour away and we moved in 2019 and that never stopped us from going. The owner is super nice as well is her daughter. I love getting my iced tea there as well.“

“This is one of my favorite places for gelato! I prefer gelato over soft serve ice cream anytime, and the selection here is amazing. They have an extremely large selection which make it a challenge every time my family and I love all the flavors. The pistachio is excellent, the lemon is perfect, the pumpkin pie which i tried last was delicious and tasted exactly like pumpkin pie. This place is our go-to for gelato. The prices are reasonable too. A must try for everyone.“

“I believe yesterday was their grand opening so today I made my way over there to show my support. I filled up my water jug (75. cents) and I got myself a delicious raspado de tamarindo ($5). They have dairy and water based paletas, smoothies, aguas frescas, chips, thrifty ice cream, and they make sandwiches too!“
