Let me start by saying that we ate a TON of Persian food in glendale/LA and none of their Koobideh was as good as this place. Even my husband who often says “I can make this better at home,” admitted this as one of the best Koobideh in Southern California.“

“Sometimes the simplest foods can be the hardest to prepare well, yet Point 11 Kabob accomplishes this and elevates the process to an art form. How to create a perfect dining experience with beef kabob, rice, and a tomato? Using quality ingredients and traditional cooking method help. The meat was superbly seasoned and cooked, and it's full of flavor and never dry. The rice was fluffy and light, but nuanced with fragrant spice and butter. The grilled tomato was so juicy and roasted that it's the best accompaniment to the earthiness of the meat. Even with the takeout order, we were supplied with two packets of sumac to sprinkle on our beef and chicken kabob. We ordered ahead by phone and the chef was just putting on the finishing touches when I arrived. The food was piping hot even after the 18-minute drive home. The dining area was spacious, and there were a few tables outside. Parking was not an issue in this shopping center.“
