It has this peaceful cozy fireplace-like Christmas-ee vibe even during the summer balanced with a atmosphere that makes you get a lot of work or studying done if that's also what you need.“

“After having such a bad experience from the location on Natal and Goldenwest and not knowing what to do I drove straight here. And I'm so glad i did. As soon as I walked in the manager on duty noticed me immediately and the two drinks I was holding. I explained to her what I ordered and what was given to me and how the barista from the other location tried to tell me I was incorrect and insisted they were okay. The manager at this location was shocked. She took one look and knew the drinks weren't okay. She insisted on helping me. She asked her baristas to make me a new drink and to wait just a few minutes as they were busy. And I'm so glad she did. The drink was perfect. It was the right color and taste. Everyone at this location was beyond amazing this morning and I'm really thankful for them.“
“Good enough for a supermarket SB. Only complaint is for SB shared locations generally. Google maps should clearly indicate which SB locations are stand alone and which are co-located in other stores. Would also be cool if, when touching a location on Google maps, it gave the option to open the SB app to that location for purposes of placing a pickup order. Seamless.“

“My first time at this location. The server was friendly and efficient. Most notably, the other patrons were beautiful, looked like a Hollister inside (minus me and the homeless dude in the corner but even he was unoffensive) solid stop if you go to Amazon Fresh.“
“When I go to Starbucks, I love this Huntington Beach location. The workers are very kind and always service you with a smile, even early in the morning! I like to get their matcha tea latte, hot with two extra scoops of matcha than the norm. It makes it a lot more matcha tasting. It’s delicious! I always get plant-based milk with my drinks, either oat and soy which go great with the matcha. I highly recommend this HB Starbucks ☺️?“
“What can I say, Starbucks is a quick fix to your coffee or tea needs. Its always busy but the staff is usually on their toes so your wait time is minimal. There is a great selection of coffees, teas, snacks, desserts. If your on crunch time and a small gift is needed you could usually take care of it at the same time with a giftcard, mug or many other coffee connoisseur gifts. This is one of the best stops you could make for coffee at a resonable price.“
“Chau is the sweetest barista I’ve met. I came to Starbucks late, but she still served me and gave stickers to my kids. I bought gift cards, but they didn’t have any envelope. She explained and gave me a cup with gift card and coffee bean; she also wrote some quotes. That’s so cute and sweet!!! Please let her know I love her handwriting and great attitude.“
“Always quick to serve and very friendly! Completely unrelated to customer service, however, I noticed sometimes people will cut in line after the speaker and order at the pickup window. They completely ignore the other people in line! I had this happen behind me today, but the woman left the line after I saw her. Usually when this happens they are served anyway, which takes even longer.“

“Staff was so friendly. I went there because I need to pull an all nighter for school. Had no clue what to get. Don’t really like coffee and she made my coffee taste like a cinnamon toast crunch. One of the friendliest and sweetest person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Just wish I knew her name so I could thank her properly.“
