“I recently had the pleasure of hosting a house party and booked Taco Picasso. I can confidently say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. My guests LOVED it! First and foremost, the food was nothing short of amazing. Each taco was a burst of flavor, with perfectly seasoned meats and fresh, vibrant toppings. The menu offers a delightful variety, catering to all taste preferences. Whether you're a fan of classic carne asada, tangy al pastor, or crave something more adventurous like their mouth-watering fish tacos, every bite was pure bliss. The ingredients were evidently fresh, and the craftsmanship in each taco was apparent. But what truly elevated the experience was the impeccable service. “If you don't know what wood fired pizza is you'd think it's burnt. It's not Dominos pizza it's artisan pizza cooked in high temperature oven with that perfect char. We met them at the Holiday Market at Petco Park and they were a well oiled machine. The entire staff looked super happy and their customer service was top notch! Can't wait to try again! We worked with Christine throughout the entire process. She made things so easy for us, gave great recommendations, was transparent, and put up with all of our nitpicking!
On our big day, we had so many compliments on the food! Both the Creole Style Short Rib with Chive and Bay and the Chicken and Smoked Andouille Jambalaya were the biggest hits! Our loved ones were coming up to us just to tell us how great the food was! The short rib was super tender and had the perfect amount of flavor while the jambalaya was perfectly cooked with just the right hint of spice.
While we knew the food was delicious since we tasted it beforehand, what surprised us even more was how much our guests raved about it. We even had guests come up to us asking about how they ensure future weddings have the same food!
We could not be happier with EcoCaters and that starts with Christine. She is the best partner you could ask for on your big day and accommodated all of our wishes!“

“We brought in a large group on Feb 16th and not only was the food wonderful, but we had the most amazing service from our server. I can't recall his name, but he handled 20+ menu orders, several were specialty for food allergies, and drinks and dessert and all! The entire meal was great because we had a Pro who knew how to help a large group enjoy! We'll be back again for sure! OSF you need to add one to the choices below: BEST SERVER! 🍝 🥇“

They provide you a wine tasting to select wines for your event prior to making final selections for the beverages menu, and they even made a cute “his and hers” drink sign for the bar at our wedding. “We stopped here on a whim and the shrimp taco was killer. One of the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Insane flavor and perfect heat from the marinade. Gooey cheese, delicious sauce with fresh pico de gallo. The guy running the stand was super nice. This tent is gonna end up on a “Best Tacos of San Diego” list at some point so get in before the lines start forming“

“I stumbled upon Edible Alchemy this weekend at the Sourdough Festival in Highland Springs Ranch. I'm not new to fermentation; I actually make my own kimchi, sauerkraut, and kombucha. I must say, Edible Alchemy's sauerkrauts are the best I've ever had. When I got home to eat them with my dinner, the krauts were "alive." I was so happy to see them oozing - a sign of life! “We are locals and every time we visit Seaport Village we always visit this Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop. We’ve visited so much we’ve had the pleasure of meeting the owner Michelle. She’s very friendly and loves her customers. She’s adamant all her employees make every customer feel special. On this occasion we were served by Julian who was a very nice, cheerful and a polite young man. We adore their homemade waffle cones dipped in a large variety of toppings from chocolate to sprinkles to nuts and many more. We are in awe of the huge selection of flavors. They have so many varieties they even have a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream made and dedicated for doggies. We love our ice cream and we love this family owned business. Go get your 🍦“
