“Staff was a lifesaver. My wife left her wedding ring in the bathroom on Monday. Someone found the ring and turned into the staff. We called the store and informed us they had it. We told them that we were out of town and would be back on Wednesday night. We arrived just in time and gave us the ring. We were so happy!!! Amazing thanks to the staff.“

Definitely deserves some recognition. My coffee wasn’t as strong as usual, maybe a bit watered down, but the gesture made up for it. Thank you!“

I love the hardworking individuals who always provide exceptional high end service. It’s amazing to see how slammed and busy they get but still maintain composure. “I bought a pound of a new, whole bean, single origin coffee but didn't like the flavor. They were nice enough to let me exchange it for a different roast bean. They didn't have to do that, being that it was simply a personal preference. I am impressed with the managers at this location.“
