“This location is clean and staff is kind. My only complaint is the lack of accessibility. My niece is a wheelchair user and we’ve noticed that All of the tables have a disc base which prevents wheelchairs from rolling in which then makes it difficult to reach the table for drinks and food. They have one long table with clearance BUT its extremely high for a wheelchair user- NOT ACCESSIBLE“
“One of the few that open early and off the freeway, very convenient!!! I usually go 4:30-5am morning staff is always friendly, and welcoming. Keep traffic ongoing. Coffee tastes good. Restrooms are always clean. It always nice and neat. Great atmosphere! It’s rare when something is out of stock. Out of the three near Indio locations (Jackson and Monroe) this is the best one. Baristas know how to make good drinks not watered down coffee.“
“Taking the time to acknowledge the following barista Lali and Z very friendly, starting with lali who took my order super nice and she made sure my drinks were are made correctly. Z the one making them also made sure everything was correct from the start to the end. They made my day!!!“
“This store is exceptional however, this store is over due for a renovation or remodel. These folks are super hard working and deserve more space on their side. Other than that I love this store ! I love the hardworking individuals who always provide exceptional high end service. It’s amazing to see how slammed and busy they get but still maintain composure. This store is very consistent I see they have many regulars who continue to stay loyal to this store. Thank you for your time and amazing service in which you provide.“
“Shout out to the girl who wrote “great day 🖤” on my cup on 3/11/25 at 6AM. I’m not sure who did or the name of the individual but a sweet gesture like this goes a long way. Definitely deserves some recognition. My coffee wasn’t as strong as usual, maybe a bit watered down, but the gesture made up for it. Thank you!“
