“This place is DIVINE. I’d put it in the top 10 restaurants I’ve ever tried. Truly an incredible experience from the culinary aspect to the service to every attention to detail. The seating is a few tables outside, they brought us complimentary persian tea. Every meal is individually wrapped with cute, themed stickers and decor, which had a special touch. Definitely some of the best persian food I’ve ever had. I’m not a big tahchin person but you MUST get it here. The kabob plates came with salad shirazi as well. Also very affordable for the amount of food we got. Cannot wait to come back here!“

Both were super delicious. The chicken breast was the juiciest breast I’ve ever had. Loved the host and services. Very friendly and welcoming.
The portions were small for us, I recommend three portions for two.“

“We tried the beef tongue sandwich with crushed green olive, and it was fantastic. The beef tongue was tender and flavorful, and the crushed green olives added a really nice fresh, slightly briny touch that made the sandwich feel unique and well balanced. Every bite tasted fresh and satisfying.

The vibe of the place is great, and the owners are super friendly, which makes the whole experience feel even more welcoming. It’s the kind of spot where you feel comfortable right away. The only downside was the parking, which can be a bit tricky around the area. Still, the great food and warm atmosphere definitely make it worth the visit.“

Sogol's plate is a great business run by great women and I would definitely recommend their to-go orders for busy students as the ordering and pick-up process were super easy. I ordered the Kotlet sandwich and it was super flavorful. You will not be disappointed and the portions were quite filling. Can't wait to order more amazing meals in the future!“

The flavors are rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with care—everything tastes fresh, perfectly seasoned, and true to traditional Persian cooking. From the tender, juicy kabobs to the fragrant rice and sides, the menu offers a comforting, home-style quality that’s hard to find.

The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions you get, making it an excellent value. The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. You can tell the team genuinely cares about their food and their customers.

While the atmosphere is more simple and casual and could use some upgrades, the food more than makes up for it. During our visit, they were unfortunately out of a few menu items, but even with limited options, what we ordered was outstanding and left us wanting to come back to try more.

If you’re a fan of Persian cuisine—or want to experience it for the first time—this place is absolutely worth visiting. Authentic flavors, great portions, and solid service make Nayeb Kabob a spot I’d gladly return to again and again.“

“Taste of Tehran was my first time eating at a restaurant in Tehrangeles, and it was an awesome choice. This was definitely one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants I've been to in LA. Everything was so great. And yes, I ate a lot of food on the first day here. I started off with some of the stews that included gormeh sabzi, the gheyme, and ash reshteh, which were all very tasty. The surprise hit to me was the Lentil Quinoa Salad. Seriously, one of the best salads I've ever had. It was sweet, refreshing, and savory all at the same time. No words to describe. And then the meats: the koobideh and soltani plate, just fabulous, along with that lentil rice. I can honestly say that Persians make the best rice out of all Middle Eastern countries! Even the barberry rice was amazing. Never had a rice this sweet and fruity before! Overall, an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Don't be fooled by the looks of this place. It looks like a quick, over the counter order type of restaurant, but the food is top notch. Even Anthony Bourdain has been here! “Found this place on DoorDash I’ve never had the food dine in but it’s great even in a To-Go box 25 minutes later. 😊😊 Been ordering here often the food is always on point huge quantity makes great leftovers. Everytime we order we choose different items. My goodness haven’t had a bad meal. I hardly ever write reviews but with restaurants currently struggling so much I def. want to make sure people give this place a chance. “I'm at a loss for words, but I'll try my best. Food? Amazing! Perfect amount of seasoning and the portions are huge! And this is coming from a big dude. For the appetizers, my favorites were the Kashk E'bademjan (Eggplant Delight), Potato Salad, and the Hummus! They have more selections, but this is what I was able to try. I hear all are great! For the Entrees, ALL OF THEIR KABOBS ARE FIRE (MMM MMMM YUMMY). I had a sample of most them and in the islands, we would say "broke da mouf kine", which translates to, the food is *beep beep* GOOD! If you've never had Persian Food, or you love it, this is the restaurant for you! Drinks? I love Korean Soju and Cass beer, so yeah, +10 points from me. They do carry various Wines and Beers though...and of course your choice of Soda Pop. Atmosphere? It' gives you a Kewl Kids Vibe; a classy place where you can be yourself with family and friends and just enjoy each others company. You have your choice of Indoor and Outdoor dinning which is amazing. There's also a private room upstairs that can hold 20 people for a meal and karaoke (there is a fee to reserve, but very much worth it). Staff? We were greeted at the door as if we were coming home. Pasha and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their suggestions on meal and drink pairings are spot on. I can't thank Pasha and the crew for making our group outing a success. Overall? I'll be going back and I hope that you add this restaurant to your list of 'go to' places to dine at. In fact, It is a good restaurant (5 Star) with excellent, well made, good ambiance, and delicious food and a vast array of dishes on the menu. I will admit that the yogurt soda was not for me though. The indoor seating is super small and cramped but that's more because they seem to expect you to eat on the patio.
