“This place has been around since I’ve been a kid and after having been away for a while, it’s nice to see that it still stands despite all of the new renovations that plaza is going through.

The prices are insanely affordable. I don’t know how they maintain these prices. The treats taste perfect. Might be on the sweeter side for some palates, but I love it. I hope they continue to stay in business for many years to come.“

“I went there for the first time and I ordered a medium size chocolate ice cream, I thought it would be way smaller but it was a lot bigger than I imagined. The ice cream itself was so good and my friend got one of the shakes and she said it was one of the best things she ever tasted. When we realized this location was closing in 10 minutes, we were hesitant to go in because the young lady was sweeping the floor. I work in a service industry as well so I understand how 'last minute' guests can be 😉. She was quick to make eye contact with us as soon as we walked in. She also stopped cleaning right away to service us with a smile. She was friendly & patient and said we would be able to get another coupon like the one we used for my birthday if we complete a survey. “Decided to get a snowman macaroon while wandering in downtown Disney. It was the perfect flavor of vanilla and peppermint, and almost too cute to eat! The macaroon was SO yummy but the line moved incredibly slow. I’ll probably swing by the stand again before heading out of town, but only if there isn’t a long line ahead of time.“

“It was a beautiful day yesterday I decided to go to Balboa and I saw this ice cream shop and I needed something delicious and cold. They did not have pistachio ice cream. My favorite, but I ended up getting the vanilla mixed with some caramel almonds and walnuts. It was delicious if you are anywhere around Balboa if you want something cold and delicious I think you should stop here and the portions are very big. I wasn’t able to finish my ice cream cone, which was a single cone, so you get a lot back ?“

“On Saturday 04/23/22 I bought a small cake, the person who attend me was name jazmin. She mention told me that the cake was tres leches, but when we cut the cake it’s flavor was chocolate. I didn’t think much and decided to keep it. But today 04/26/22 I bought another cake, again jazmin told me that the cake was chocolate bread flavor with mocha. When I cut the cake it’s flavor was vanilla cake with mocha. This time I did call the bakery and explain what happen, they told me to go back and they would give a chocolate cake. Upon my arrival to the bakery, jazmin was rude and didn’t want to give me a cake but instead give me the refund for the cake. On both occasions, she was rude and seemed like she was on a hurry. Would answer questions in regards the cakes with attitude and rudeness. I have been a faithful costumer for years to this bakery, and love the pastries and cakes. But this new person, needs to get better training or be replace.“
