“Stopped by June Pie Pizza and tried the Ooosh Pizza, along with a vegetarian pizza and a classic cheese pizza. Overall, it was a nice option for a casual meal while exploring June Lake.

The vegetarian pizza had a good combination of toppings and was flavorful without being too heavy. The cheese pizza was simple but satisfying, with a good amount of cheese and a familiar, comforting taste. The Ooosh Pizza was definitely the more interesting choice and had a nice combination of flavors that made it stand out from the standard options.

The portions were good for a casual meal, and having vegetarian choices was a big plus for us. The atmosphere was relaxed and worked well for a quick family meal after spending time outdoors.

“Friendly place- we arrived the minutes before they closed for their lunch but they never rushed us. The BEST vegan pho! Thin sliced tofu, bok Choy and mushrooms were beautifully arranged over noodles and tasty veggie broth. THE food came out quickly- and we ate quickly only because it was so good! They also had options for vegan boba drinks- nice seating outside, dog-friendly. And owner was super kind. Something I appreciated was the (homemade) chili powder, and and the creative toppings in the pho (instead of just tofu cubes or fake meat). “The chicken pot pie empanadas were a unique, creative appetizer. We all liked them very much. The meat dishes featured a good quality meat. If you're a meat eater, stick with meat dishes such as beef stroganoff, beef bourginon or filet. They are your best bet. The airline chicken crashed on the landing as it was exceedingly dry. Out of the 5 dishes we ordered, 4 were hits and one was a flop, so I'd say it was a hit overall. Good wine list. Nice servers. Lively bar.“

“Okay now all I can say, is that I ordered the three enchiladas dinner combo they had advertised for 13.77 and it included rice, beans, and an iced drink. We ordered to go and I went back to that to-go container three times even though I was full after the first visit... that delicious enchilada smell kept me going back until I finished it. If I go back to Mammoth Mountain I'm eating at this place again absolutely no question about it. I paid 15 dollars for a meal I'll remember for years to come...“

“Great food and really good service. Friendly staff! We love the upstairs dining room, well-stocked bar and beautiful views. It’s the only place we go out to eat when we are in town. The mud pie is to die for!“

“It was after 7 p.m., and all my usual coffee spots were already closed when I casually stumbled upon Side Door Cafe. What a great little find! The cafe may be small and cozy, but their coffee is definitely big on flavor.

It’s such a cute and beautiful spot, with a tempting selection of pastries and plenty of delicious coffee options to try.

I didn’t go too fancy this time because I was really craving a cortado (macchiato), but when I saw they had lavender, I couldn’t resist adding it to my double shot. Such a good combination! The coffee was excellent—creamy, smooth, and full of flavor.

I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their coffee menu… and next time, I may have to stay a little later and check out their wine bar too. ☕🍷

“We had a great lunch at The Yodler Restaurant & Bar during our visit to Mammoth Lakes, and it was exactly what we were looking for after a morning of exploring.

The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and has that classic mountain lodge feel. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.

We ordered the bratwurst with fries, a giant Bavarian pretzel with three dipping sauces, a fresh house salad, and a local dark beer. Everything was delicious. The bratwurst was juicy and flavorful, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the pretzel was huge, fresh, and came with excellent mustard, cheese, and dipping sauces. The salad was fresh, colorful, and a nice balance to the meal. The beer was cold and paired perfectly with the food.

The portions are generous, the prices are fair for the area, and the overall experience was excellent. If you’re in Mammoth Lakes and want great German-inspired comfort food with a relaxed atmosphere, this is definitely a place worth visiting.

“I've been to many sandwich shops, but I've never had a turkey sandwich where the turkey is actually a cooked turkey and not a cold cut. It felt like getting a sandwich from your own family dinner at thanks giving. Delicious!! For three sandwiches, it was almost $60 if I'm correct.

“This is a must go if you are a fan of Godzilla, they have tons of memorabilia all over from all across the years and some on sale in the front.
Definitely a fun birthday destination for Godzilla fans as they sing happy birthday to you with Godzilla masks

Pricing is average for a ramen place, very affordable for the amount of food you get

“This restaurant is located on the second floor inside Monmouth Mountain In, which makes is convenient and one of very few dining options in the area. Restaurant is beautiful, well maintained and offers plenty of seating. Service is good and staff is very friendly. Food, however, could be better considering a price tag of $32-$48 per main dish. Both the salmon and fingerling potatoes were very greasy; short rib fries appetizer is just chunks of meat on top of fries with a bit of marinated onions of squirts of mayo; rosemary airline chicken breast is tiny and dry and mashed potatoes don’t have much flavor at all.“
