“Came here on a Sunday. Not a great deal of parking but people are moving in and out quickly. There’s a lot of space inside and outside to eat. It’s clean inside and quiet. Their bathrooms are clean too. Service was great 😊. They have a screen that lets you know when your food is ready, pretty helpful. I ordered 2 meals with 2 sliders, fries and mac, hot and medium in heat level. I also ordered the mini sliders in reaper 🔥 . Food was hot, chicken was delicious as always. Hot is pretty hot, but not unbearable, medium is just right for me. The reaper on the other hand, you better have some ice/milk on hand, because it’s NO JOKE. I love spicy and hot food, but it’ll make you cry. Only down side is the meals don’t come with a drink. I absolutely love their chicken and would recommend to everyone.“

So juicy, perfectly crispy, and seasoned to perfection. The spice level is addicting the kind that makes you keep eating until you can’t anymore.

I’m definitely coming back with the whole family since I bragged about this spot to them🔥🔥. What really tops it off is how awesome the team is super helpful when it comes to choosing the perfect meal and making sure everything is on point.

why was it made with the breaded shrimp inside. I didn't like the way it looked when I opened it, wrinkled shrimp sitting on top. Not appealing at all, I couldn't eat them but I did taste the rest of the gumbo and it was tooo spicy, I love spicy but this wasn't good at all.“

When I had a miscommunication about an order that I thought my friend did online but didn’t, she and ultimately had to place at the restaurant, she rushed the order. The only thing that I didn’t enjoy was how loud the music and TV was. The service and food was excellent.“

“I went for a quick lunch and got the 2 piece combo plus mini churros for dessert. I wasn't too thrilled paying 20 dollars for a meal that didn't fill me up. Cole slaw is such a easy side to make but most places mess it up except for this place. It's probably the only restaurant that knows how to make good Cole slaw that I've been to out here. The chicken was excellent and the churros were perfect. My only complaint was the price but maybe this is the new norm.“

The wraps were okay. There were too many pickles in them for my liking tho. Just one filled my stomach enough until dinner.

“I’ve been coming here a long time. Even though there are new owners, food still the same. Love their chicken. Never had a dry chicken yet. Read some of the reviews. Restaurants have to think about everyone not just a few when preparing food. Some can’t have too many flavors, salt etc. Juan Pollo always does a good job appealing to the masses.“

“I came around the evening with the thought of “it’s another fast food joint nothing special.” But i was wrong. The moment i entered I was immediately greeted by a young man. There was a good amount of people ahead of me waiting for their order. As i was waiting in line, i looked around and the place was spic & span, which is not common in fast food places. A young girl took my order, and they also had a kiosk available (which i dislike a lot) she took my order really fast. I don’t remember my exact order, but i would consider a large order. I waited about ten minutes until my order was called. A young man handed me my order, and he was very polite. He told me to “have a fantastic night” and that was something i never heard of before. Need i say the food was absolutely delicious!!! The biscuits were soft and fresh, compared to the dry and nasty ones they have at the Rialto location. The chicken was tender, thick, and so juicy!! The sides provided were all hot & yummy. If you’re looking for a new fried chicken spot this is it! This place exceeded my expectations!“

Service was nice but burnt chicken well that's not acceptable! That's your main seller and it's not cooked right then what are you doing? So when Harvey said he’d take my order, I joked “from a human?!” He continued friendly and efficient interaction while taking the order, and showed his ability to read the customer when he added to my list of why I prefer a person taking my order, “and you have someone to blame if the order is wrong”. I laughed and said I knew he got it right. Without skipping a beat, he repeated an incorrect order with a smile on his lips and twinkle in his eye. :) The order of two pot pies with drinks was correct and tasty, order came up quickly, restaurant was clean, and starting our visit with a friendly, engaged employee made for a delightful experience.“
