“Yes on take out, service is no nonsense. Know what you want and order will be ready in a few minutes.
Better than costco chicken, sides are always fresh, if you're looking for a quick tasty meal for the family this is the best option.
Price is better than other options.“

“The food was delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly and had a nice crispy texture to it. The churros were delicious and are always my go to item. Alejandra and the rest of the staff was nice and gave me quick and friendly service. Definitely recommend“

“Dave’s Hot Chicken is fire! 🔥 The chicken is super crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the seasoning is on point. I got the medium heat tenders with fries and they were perfect — spicy but not overwhelming. The pickles and sauce really tie it all together. Quick service and solid portions. Definitely going back!
Highly recommend if you love hot chicken.“

“The Loaded fries were out of this world delicious! And the customer service was amazing Zee’s friendly service made my whole day!!!😎👌“

“Everytime I go to the bloomington location, I recieve great service with a smile, and great delicious food!“

“Delicious chicken the best“

“I went to Al’s hot chicken yesterday and it was the best choice I ever made. I had the LA’s Hottest which is so damn hot but so good at the same time. It burned but I couldn’t stop eating it, it was just that good! Only for the world’s biggest dare-ers. With my tenders I had the Mac and cheese which is so delicious and flavorful, it has pepper and you can taste the spices it’s perfect! Fries were cooked to a crisp and were great with the ranch. Waffle was also immaculate. The staff was so hospitable, the place was clean, and the owner was so nice. I’ll definitely be coming back! Al’s Hot Chicken > all the other chicken competitors!!“

“We tried this place and loved it great tasting food was quick service come out and try it you won’t be disappointed!!!“

“The best ! Juan Pollo is my favorite chicken spot in Southern California“

“I went for a quick lunch and got the 2 piece combo plus mini churros for dessert. I wasn't too thrilled paying 20 dollars for a meal that didn't fill me up. Cole slaw is such a easy side to make but most places mess it up except for this place. It's probably the only restaurant that knows how to make good Cole slaw that I've been to out here. The chicken was excellent and the churros were perfect. My only complaint was the price but maybe this is the new norm.“

“I went there for the second time today and i decided to try the gumbo.
why was it made with the breaded shrimp inside. I didn't like the way it looked when I opened it, wrinkled shrimp sitting on top. Not appealing at all, I couldn't eat them but I did taste the rest of the gumbo and it was tooo spicy, I love spicy but this wasn't good at all.“

“honestly my favorite hot chicken spot. super glad to have one within 5 minutes of me!“

“The young lady at the counter was very helpful. When I had a miscommunication about an order that I thought my friend did online but didn’t, she and ultimately had to place at the restaurant, she rushed the order. The only thing that I didn’t enjoy was how loud the music and TV was. The service and food was excellent.“

“Chicken was hot and delicious and the mojos we’re great and the HUGE rolls were good too! First timers tonight and this will be on our list to go to. YUMMY. Made fresh so call in your order ahead of time and CASH only! Closed on Tuesday’s! 5 ⭐️’s“

“First time coming here I love the chicken love the flavors. I got a whole chicken and three tacos and a drink and let me tell you they did not disappoint. Everything have flavor. The customer service was amazing. Love the atmosphere. I really recommend you come and check them out.“

“Chicken Nugget’s & Fries! BOMB! Miss the Kale Salad soooo DELICIOUS!!!“

“Celebrated my mom’s birthday this past weekend and ordered the fiesta pack #2 which feeds 25 people. We had 20 guests at the party and had plenty of left overs the following day. The food was so good, chicken moist, rice was flavorful, and everyone thought the potato salad was the best they ever had. 😋👍🏼“

“I’ve been coming here a long time. Even though there are new owners, food still the same. Love their chicken. Never had a dry chicken yet. Read some of the reviews. Restaurants have to think about everyone not just a few when preparing food. Some can’t have too many flavors, salt etc. Juan Pollo always does a good job appealing to the masses.“

“I used the app to order 2 chicken strip wraps for $6. The ordering on the app can be tricky. Be sure to click on the 'Special' offer option.
The wraps were okay. There were too many pickles in them for my liking tho. Just one filled my stomach enough until dinner.
I picked up my order through the drive-thru. It was ready and there was nobody waiting ahead of me.“

“Every time I've been here my order has always come out fresh and the workers have always been considerate and helpful. I went the other night, and the worker working the drive thru was attentive to my order and packed the food with care. It was fresh chicken and I got my money's worth!“

“Don’t get to come to this location often but today it was exceptionally. Hannah and her nighttime staff are absolutely amazing. Very very kind. When you walk in you feel like you are walking into someone’s home. Thanks guys I will be back!!!“

“This place just popped up and, despite the location, all of the old reviews and pictures are for the Korean fried chicken joint. Ignore that. This place is great. Fresh noodles, everything is steamed and super clean, it's reasonably priced, and it's a nice place to sit down and have some of the best noodles around. This is a different style compared to some of the other places in Rancho, so give this a try and you won't regret it.“

“Well,,If you want to lose weight go nowhere else. They don''t answer the phone so you can't place a delivery order. No food no weight gain.. the number I have is 909 357 2751 good food if you can get it.“

“Muy bueno y delicioso pollo arroz y frijolitos 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋🤨😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋“

“very good food. hit the spot.“

“I came around the evening with the thought of “it’s another fast food joint nothing special.” But i was wrong. The moment i entered I was immediately greeted by a young man. There was a good amount of people ahead of me waiting for their order. As i was waiting in line, i looked around and the place was spic & span, which is not common in fast food places. A young girl took my order, and they also had a kiosk available (which i dislike a lot) she took my order really fast. I don’t remember my exact order, but i would consider a large order. I waited about ten minutes until my order was called. A young man handed me my order, and he was very polite. He told me to “have a fantastic night” and that was something i never heard of before. Need i say the food was absolutely delicious!!! The biscuits were soft and fresh, compared to the dry and nasty ones they have at the Rialto location. The chicken was tender, thick, and so juicy!! The sides provided were all hot & yummy. If you’re looking for a new fried chicken spot this is it! This place exceeded my expectations!“

“Loved the Hispanic environment! So clean and food was ready so fast! We got real plates for dine in and they even came to check on us before we left! I had the grilled chicken with maduros and y was fuego! Wifey had the fried chicken with coleslaw and loved the flavor!“

“I asked one of the cashier if the corn dogs(or hotdogs) were halal and she said the corndogs contain pork and used to cook in the same oil with the chicken so the chicken could be in risk of cross contamination and might NOT BE HALAL so be aware.“

“Best chicken in all of southern California!
Been frequenting this place for over 40 yrs!
Half chicken and whole chicken meal deals are very reasonably priced.
I've ordered the party packs and all my guests were surprised and extremely delighted!
Do yourself a favor and get some of this delicious chicken!
You won't be disappointed!!!“

“use the app. drive thru was a 45 minute wait🤪“

“This location closed down years ago, I always felt it was the best! Now they are back open, the lady said it’s been a few months. Still 🔥“

“Everything was delicious, chicken nice and juicy, they now have more of a dessert selection 😋“

“The place is decent and food has gotten better than the last owners, but if you’re going to be closed for lunch between 1pm-2pmAt least set the hours to that so I’m not wasting gas or time on my lunch ??‍♀️Other than that service is good“

“The workers were kind, polite, and helpful .Delicious food: The meals tasted very good and fresh.Krispy Krunchy Chicken and Fish Dinner. ate their famous crunchy fried chicken and their fried fish meal.Good price: The food did not cost a lot of money; it was a great value.“

“I’ve resigned myself to the system of ordering from a kiosk because that’s the new norm. So when Harvey said he’d take my order, I joked “from a human?!” He continued friendly and efficient interaction while taking the order, and showed his ability to read the customer when he added to my list of why I prefer a person taking my order, “and you have someone to blame if the order is wrong”. I laughed and said I knew he got it right. Without skipping a beat, he repeated an incorrect order with a smile on his lips and twinkle in his eye. :) The order of two pot pies with drinks was correct and tasty, order came up quickly, restaurant was clean, and starting our visit with a friendly, engaged employee made for a delightful experience.“
