“I’m giving them 5 stars even though I didn’t entirely love my order. Just personal preference, as I typically lean towards bolder coffee roasts.

They had a variety of roasts and they highlighted that they were currently out of the bolder ones. However, what I ended up getting was exactly what the barista explained in terms of taste, and execution was perfect.

They definitely know what they are doing and seem to take coffee seriously. Also, 5 stars to Trapo ,the store doggy, for being such a sweet and well behaved doggie 😄“

Great space with an immaculate atmosphere. Service was top notch, swift and friendly.

The Chai guy in me adored the cardamom buns. And they have a dealer's choice latte option. I never tire of putting myself in the hands of the chef/barrista and they did not disappoint. Fantastic drinks.“

“I would’ve loved to give this place 5/5, but the heat in the store is miserable. I feel extremely bad for the girls working efficiently in the heat. Coffee is good, matcha looks good but not my thing.

I recommend the owner look into getting a real AC instead of dingy fans. I understand it’s a store-front coffee shop, but the heat was circulating in the shop from those fans. It felt unclean, sticky, and muggy inside.“

“I visited Nibbles for the first time in PB today with a Senior Tour Group. It was fantastic!! I had the Mocha drink and it was soo delicious!!! But not to mention their Chocolates!! “This coffee shop is wonderful! Not only is the coffee top of the line with flavor but the staff are incredibly kind. I had a work trip that took me to San Diego recently and I would walk a few miles to this shop every morning just for the beautiful experience this place gives. It was the perfect way to start the day! When I came back I actually ordered bags of coffee as gifts for family for the holidays and a few for myself as well (it's that good yall!) but somehow mine never came so I wrote the staff and they sent me two bags just to make up for my lost package. These are the sweetest people. Thank you for being such a great coffee shop!“

“Heard great things about this place and finally stopped by — it didn’t disappoint! There’s plenty of indoor seating, which is perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Street parking is a bit limited, so plan ahead if you're driving.
We ordered the iced caramel and vanilla lattes — both were smooth and refreshing. Also tried the Velvet Knot and chocolate mousse pastries. Not only were they beautifully presented, but they tasted just as amazing as they looked. A lovely spot for coffee and dessert!“

“Update: Virtuoso was once, the higher end, Organic coffee beans that give the coffee a fresh and, most notably, a clean taste that is highly enjoyable. Was one of the best Coffee Roasters in San Diego County. This was my go to roaster for every day coffee. It's changed to Talitha, and I dropped one Star for two reasons: not knowing if the beans are roasted freshly or part of a big batch that's a few weeks old; and, second reason, slow shipping--no beans yet. One plus, Talitha still have a few beans that made Virtuoso, and ordered them. Will they be as good, or even better, I will update. My biggest issue with ever roaster is not knowing type of bean(s), origin, country, etc...“

“I've always had great service and fantastic coffee every single time I've come here. They always feature coffees from different regions and this is where I learned to appreciate that. There was also a time when a server remembered me even though I hadn't been there in quite a while, which is always a nice touch. So yes all the kudos and positive reviews are well deserved.“

“I highly recommend ordering their Oat milk Draft Latte! Their seasonal flavors never cease to amaze! They've had some intriguing flavors that have blown me away. Never too sweet, always perfectly balanced to complement the coffees. The only negative opinion I have is of their chai tea latte, it could (and should) definitely be improved as it doesn't match their same level of craft and quality as their coffee and other teas. Their pastry selection is incredible! I'll drive out of the way to get an olive oil cake or almond croissant here. They do have gluten free pastries available too!“
