The kids loved it and so did I. This was my first time having it in 8 years and it immediately brought me back to being in Daegu. The food was amazing and brought us right back to being there. I highly recommend you check them out, you won't regret it!“

I get that a lot are disgusting and don't know how to clean after themselves, but as a restaurant, they should consider cleaning the dinning area. Hope this doesn't come off in a wrong way, but that's an important part in my opinion.“

“My husband who has celiac disease loved it!! The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. This is the best fried chicken we’ve had since my husband was diagnosed. “My review is a bit late, but I haven't been to El Pollo Loco in probably 10+ years, why, I have no idea myself. But that day I went to the drive through with my mom. The customer service this girl had, was so professional and appreciated. I asked for her name afterwards because she did such a great job. Her name is STAR, I worked at a restaurant for about 4 years and this is the customer service I gave. I was impressed by her suggestions and the way my mom and I kept on getting convinced on adding more to our menu list even when we only came for 2 things, we ended up leaving with about 5 things. So STAR if you see this, girl keep doing what you are doing, even though there is a few in the world that can be, let's say unappreciated in their lives and take it out on the nice people, you keep working hard.“

We’re visiting from Seattle, and as a Thai person, I can proudly say the noodles here are incredibly authentic and full of flavor. “Ordered half of the whole chicken with Monster sauce and it was really good.

The chicken was crispy and the spice level was perfect!
I find it hard to gauge how spicy Korean chicken wings are at different places because its place seems to have their own level of spiciness whereas I find Thai food level of spiciness more or less the same.
So here's a little background about my taste in spiciness: at Thai food places, I like to get 7/10 for pad thai and 8-10 for drunken noodles/pad kee mao; which means I enjoy quite a bit of spice but I also want to taste the sweetness if the dish is supposed to be sweet.
Korean chicken wings should have some sweetness and but mild sounds too bland to me, so I went with my guts and got the monster. Jackpot!!! This really hits the spot; I got a little bit of spice, a lot of crunch and enough sweetness.

The portion is quite small; so go big next time.

“This location is the best. The workers are thoughtful and kind. The play area is clean. My kids knocked my bank card outta my purse. When I realized I didn't have enough money, the service girl was nice. I downsized our order to make it work.

Kid-friendliness: The play place is fun and clean. You can trade the kids meal prize for ice cream. The books they give are always a favorite!“

“It was too busy and orders were coming out burnt (guy next to me), or in my case....cold. Fried zucchini
should come out hot. I don't think I've had that big of a problem here it's just between forgetting to put things in your bags when you're in the drive thru, things like that then of course there's the less food for more money thing. Try the times when they're not busy. I mean the food is good it's just inconsistent.“
