“I had quite a delightful bowl of ice cream from this establishment. I ordered the strawberry blonde but with Sweet Cream ice cream instead of Strawberry. I was by far the first in my group to finish their ice cream and it was only because I could not stop taking bites. Thank you to the wonderful staff for such an amazing experience!“

“I wanted to send something special for my daughter-in-law’s birthday while she and her family were in Disneyland. I found this fabulous bakery and selected them, as I loved their story l, plus they have a 5 star rating. They were so amazing to work with and did exactly what they promised. They followed up quickly and even had it delivered to the hotel along with information and pictures on who they left it with for her birthday. “Stopped in with my boys and though we generally have good customer service at most Cold Stones with a couple of exceptions a while back at the Garden Grove location on Chapman, Stephanie provided outstanding customer service from the minute we walked in until the minute we walked out. It wasn't a surprise to find out that she was part of the management team when I asked. Seems that you provide a great example to your teammates.“

“I ordered my vegan birthday cake one week ahead of the date needed, and the cake was ready on time for pick up. This vegan baker is an artist, and working with her to design the cake was very easy, I let her lead the process and the cake was incredibly beautiful.
I don’t think I could have gotten a more beautiful cake even in Los Angeles City.
The cake was delicious, moist, flavorful and a decadent treat. The pickup was quick, and packed to perfection including a no slide patch in side the box so the decorations were not damaged in transport. Decor, a candle, matches, and a cutting knife were all included. The whole process was top notch professional. The attention to detail and presentation showed this bakers passion for her work. I feel that the price was 100% worth it, and competitive for the going rate. The party was awed by the cake, so money well spent. I will definitely be ordering again! Too bad I didn’t get a photo before we cut the cake!
I almost forgot to mention that when the cake was served, the room fell silent because everyone was taken away with how yummy the cake was.“

“Decided to get a snowman macaroon while wandering in downtown Disney. It was the perfect flavor of vanilla and peppermint, and almost too cute to eat! The macaroon was SO yummy but the line moved incredibly slow. I’ll probably swing by the stand again before heading out of town, but only if there isn’t a long line ahead of time.“

“I purchased from amazing cakes for the first time in June for my niece's birthday. I purchased 2 additional cakes in August for my nephew and son's birthday. The three cakes were all different flavors and everyone at each party said they tasted great. The cakes weren't extravagantly decorated but were EXACTLY what we wanted. “I tried the banana pudding and it was soooo good! It’s thick and creamy. They also had the cutest cupcakes. I really was impressed by the cashier’s customer service skills. They added candles to the cake that I was unaware of and I am so thankful for them making her feel special during this pandemic. The staff is very polite and friendly! “Like most Coldstones, this is a small location with no inside seating. The ice cream is good and the staff is efficient. The one downside of this location is parking. The developers crammed almost a dozen restaurants including a Starbucks and a buffet along with a grocery store and did not provide anywhere near enough parking. Your options are circling like a shark waiting for a spot to open or parking in Targets lot and walking over during busy times. That is one of the reasons why I don't usually go to this Coldstone unless I am already eating somewhere else in the center.“

“My friend and I dropped by for some ice cream at around 8 PM on a Friday. It's a pretty small location, and at that time, it was not crowded at all, and the service was quick. On the wall, it said 6.99 for a small, but it seems like we were charged around 5.99 instead ( which is still expensive, in my opinion, but I suppose that's the state of our economy. It's better than paying 7 bucks at least ^_^ ). There are a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. I got the cheesecake flavor with graham crackers. It was a good combination. There's outdoor seating available in this area. Overall, it's a good place for a quick, cool treat.“
