“Chase’s has some seriously impressive food. The Brussels sprouts, jalapeños, and mushrooms we ordered were all standout dishes—fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with skill. The menu has a lot to love, and it’s easy to see why people keep coming back for the food.

Service-wise, it wasn’t terrible, just a bit inconsistent. Our server was pleasant but seemed stretched thin, and there were some delays with check-ins and follow-ups. Nothing major, but it did take away slightly from the overall experience.

Still, the quality of the food makes it worth a visit. If they tighten up the service just a bit, this place could easily be a five-star favorite.“

“Very friendly service. This place gets really busy on a Friday and Saturday evening and the staff handles it wonderfully. Food is also very good, one of a few places that serve kizami wasabi. Our favorites include the beef udon, energy roll and the sashimi platter.

Drink specials always on point. Plenty of parking.“

“Recently this place has become my hidden gem. I am absolutely obsessed with this little restaurant nestled in downtown La Verne. The food is absolutely fantastic, and the owners are criminally under charging for their generous portions and delicious food. However, I think im most impressed about how much the owners care for their customers. My sister and I went to get coffee from nambah, and we came back to wait for our food. The owner saw that we had our drinks and without even asking, included coffee biscuits/cookies in our bag to enjoy with our beverages. My sister and I were absolutely baffled at the generosity because this is the type of treatment you’d see in places abroad. But we felt totally welcomed, cared after, and most importantly viewed as people rather than customers. I have been going here once or twice a week for the past 2 months and they haven’t failed me once.“

“Hi again to all you gastronomic foodies. Today's food adventure took us to Aoki sushi in La Verne California. If you are in the area please give them a try. The food was very good and fresh. You will notice right away as you walk in, that the atmosphere is rustic but inviting. The service was warm prompt and friendly and the food was very good, the sushi was very battery and succulent. We shared a bento box and a rainbow roll for our lunch, it was so good. Not only were we very happy with the quality but there was plenty of food to fill both of us up. “I’ve been dining at Warehouse Pizza for a while now, and it never disappoints. It’s a fun place with a classic, old-school pizzeria feel that’s full of energy, arcade games, TVs, and outdoor seating. The pizza itself? Absolutely delicious.

On our latest visit, I brought my brother, wife, and daughter. My brother had never been before and has heard a lot about it. We ordered a small cheese pizza for my daughter and a large half-special/half-veggie to split in addition to some cheese bread and a salad. The salad was fire. They use the perfect cheese topping that hits the spot (and let’s be real, you can’t really mess up a Caesar salad). The cheese bread was tasty too - a little peppery, but really good. And as always, the pizza was fantastic but use caution: it’s piping hot when it hits your table. Trust me, I’ve learned that lesson the hard way. Let’s just say my mouth was “crustfallen” after that first bite.

That said, there are a few caveats to keep in mind: They don’t deliver, it’s cash-only and the plates and utensils can be… well, let’s just say less-than-sparkling. We swapped them for paper plates and plastic forks, and I highly recommend you do too. You can thank me later.

No one else bought me pizza, and if they had, they wouldn't have made it crazy-style like the gentleman of Little Caesar's La Verne. Oh God, so much pizza meant so much healing! next thing I knew a couple months had gone by and even though I ate a sh*t load of pizza, I had lost weight from sheer reduction of stress.
