“Very friendly service. This place gets really busy on a Friday and Saturday evening and the staff handles it wonderfully. Food is also very good, one of a few places that serve kizami wasabi. Our favorites include the beef udon, energy roll and the sashimi platter.

Drink specials always on point. Plenty of parking.“

“I live in Orange County and scrolled social media this morning for breakfast options. I was looking for something beyond avocado toast and hope it provides enough protein. Then I found eggsactly and drove 30 mins to this lovely place.
I ordered eggsactly and it’s amazingly good! The waffle is fluffy and the bacon has great balance in flavor and texture.
It feels great sitting outside. I was so satisfied. Will definitely come back when I visit LA next time.“

“Recently this place has become my hidden gem. I am absolutely obsessed with this little restaurant nestled in downtown La Verne. The food is absolutely fantastic, and the owners are criminally under charging for their generous portions and delicious food. However, I think im most impressed about how much the owners care for their customers. My sister and I went to get coffee from nambah, and we came back to wait for our food. The owner saw that we had our drinks and without even asking, included coffee biscuits/cookies in our bag to enjoy with our beverages. My sister and I were absolutely baffled at the generosity because this is the type of treatment you’d see in places abroad. But we felt totally welcomed, cared after, and most importantly viewed as people rather than customers. I have been going here once or twice a week for the past 2 months and they haven’t failed me once.“

“My staff had our Staff Christmas Party here. We had half of the patio area which was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to take care of our large group. We had one with food allergies and they happily made accommodations for them. The food was fresh and delicious. The drinks including wine, sodas, iced tea, and water were appreciated.“

Place is very clean, great selection of meats including shrimp and tofu, not always available in other places and very fresh! “This is our second restaurant in La Vern we visited. A very cozy and friendly atmosphere. The area is semi residential and commercial. A perfect suburban setting. Inside the restaurant doesn't have many seating. Mostly are outside. We thought it'd be cold, but surprisingly it was not. Those heaters worked very well. We ordered some appetizers and a plate of salmon with angel pasta.
Food was delicious. Service was superb.
Parking was a little challenging. We found some parking around the 2nd block on the street.
No complain though. It is suburban!“

“Started going here as a child with my parents I’ll be 58 this year. One of my most favorite places the bean and cheese burritos have always been the best their salsa is wonderful and the taste and flavor has never changed. That’s what I like going and knowing it’s always going to be great!!“

The choices were great, I ordered from a specials menu… delicious, I had one scrambled egg, cooked to perfection, hash browns, sausage… all very good. I was there with a couple of friends, they each got omelets. Service wad quick, and friendly. Very attentive. Great music from the 1959’s… it was playing in the background. “When driving up to this restaurant immediately my eye caught to the beautiful outdoor seating. We visited during Christmas time so there were some Christmas decorations.
I like how it had two entrances, one for restaurant and one for the bar area but sadly the bar and restaurant were combined. When seated for dinner they wanted to put us at a small table for four near the bar area and I requested to sit in the booth a little further back. She had to check with the supervisor and it ended up being ok.
The server was nice but honestly a little too sarcastic, I would expect that at like a lounge/bar but not for dinning. It could be too that maybe she served both areas.
I had the steak, my husband had the wild boar. He loved his and I admit the flavor was very delicious, the sauce they cooked it in but it was on the sweet side, he enjoys that but I don’t as much. My steak came out on quite the platter - literally like a live edge piece of wood. Pretty great display! The steak however was on the tough side. I found this place on my dining app so I thought I’d give it a try. It wasn’t horrible but I don’t think I’ll be back. If I was more local I’d consider but this is not a place I’d make a special trip for. The desert we wanted was out and so that was a bummer but we ended up with the cinnamon roll pudding and it was more like a thick cake.
I guess I just expected a little more with the ratings and suggestions.“

“Hi again to all you gastronomic foodies. Today's food adventure took us to Aoki sushi in La Verne California. If you are in the area please give them a try. The food was very good and fresh. You will notice right away as you walk in, that the atmosphere is rustic but inviting. The service was warm prompt and friendly and the food was very good, the sushi was very battery and succulent. We shared a bento box and a rainbow roll for our lunch, it was so good. Not only were we very happy with the quality but there was plenty of food to fill both of us up. “I was going through a bad break-up and Little Caesars of La Verne was there for me like no one else. No one else bought me pizza, and if they had, they wouldn't have made it crazy-style like the gentleman of Little Caesar's La Verne. Oh God, so much pizza meant so much healing! next thing I knew a couple months had gone by and even though I ate a sh*t load of pizza, I had lost weight from sheer reduction of stress. “It's been a while since we were last in. Usually just special occasions. While it was quite quiet for a Saturday evening, the food was on point and no complaints at all. We had a mix of sushi rolls, yakasobi and teppan/teriyaki, and a Wabi Sabi Tai drink and no complaints. Sucks to see it that slow.“
