“Watching TV and saw Pad Thai and had to have some. Wanted chix/shrimp and couldn't get any of the platforms to give me that option. Pad thai near me got me to Thai Dara 2 and my order had lots of both perfectly cooked shrimp and big white meat chicken pieces. The order left me with enough for dinner. I will definitely be back.“

“Hidden gem for Thai food. The quiet and nondescript building doesn't bear witness to the quality of food served.
Very genuine food and polite servers who aim to please.
We shared the Pad See-Ew with Pork and Yellow Curry with Chicken and rice. We also ordered the rare Mango Sticky Rice.
This is highly recommended but save room for dessert. The meals are hearty and the mango and sticky rice are plentious.
Service is excellent and helpful.

“The Pad See Ew here is EXACTLY what I want and expect when I order one. The noodles have a nice chew, there was a little char on everything including the vegetables, it was perfect. Usually when you get pad see ew, a good indicator that it’s going to be flavorful is the color of the noodles. Pale tan? No flavor. A nice rich brown like the ones in the picture here? Delicious. My bf and I also got a Pad Thai (not pictured), a Panang Curry, and finished with Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. Everything was so good, I think this is my new favorite Thai food place.“

“We dined in here today and we were very excited to try the vegetarian menu here. Unfortunately, their curry and pad thai have oyster sauce and fish sauce already in it and that was not an option. That left us with very limited options with eggplant &tofu and pad kee Mao which they were able to make without the oyster sauce and fish sauce. “Thai Brothers was phenomenal! Although our GPS took us all the way around the block only to bring us right back to the entrance, the food and service were amazing. We were able to select our seats. The server was very prompt in bringing menus, ice water and silverware. We ordered Thai Tea and Spring Rolls to start. Although Thai Tea is very sweet, it is super delish and was made perfectly! The spring rolls arrived hot, crispy and with a very yummy sauce. We ordered different types of curry, which came with a side of rice. The servings were generous and the curries were so good it was difficult to stop eating even when full! The server didn't ask our spiciness level preferences. She may have assumed on our behalf and picked a lower level or because we didn't specify, so make sure you tell them.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Thai Dara Dana Point!

This is our go to spot and the food is consistently excellent and the service is amazing. Fern and Eke are the best and will make you feel so welcome and taken care of. It’s the most charming atmosphere and we’ve never had anything other than a great experience here and we’ve been going for years. Highly recommend the Tom Kha Soup, pad Thai, and crying tiger. Oh and ginger tea.
