We had 4 dishes... Hanuman's ceviche, Tom Kha Gai, Massaman, Pad See Ew and a nice glass of Malbec. My favorites were the ceviche and Massaman. But everything was so good. Hubs liked everything. There was literally no wait at 3 pm but come soon... Once word gets out this place will have a 45 min wait just like the mother location on Bristol.“

Real Thai and Korean Corn Dogs is hands down one of my favorite spots in Huntington Beach! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm, friendly service — and a special shoutout to Jaden, who made the entire experience even better. Super attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind — you can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does.

Now, let’s talk food. The Pad Thai is absolutely perfect — packed with flavor, the noodles are cooked just right, and the balance of sweet, savory, and a little tang is exactly what you’d hope for. And the Panang Curry Chicken? Out of this world. Rich, creamy, perfectly spiced, and the chicken is always tender. It’s comfort food at its finest.

“Siam Station is Thai food at its best!! It offers a great Variety of Thai food, and what I’ve had so far doesn’t disappoint!! I’ve had Pad See Ew with the filet mignon, as well as the chicken yellow curry and Tom Kha Kai soup, which was amazing. I had that with shrimp. “Today I went to rodeo 39 in Garden Grove with some friends and I stumbled across Kra Z Kai's. It was my second time trying Laos barbecue. This place is a hidden gem for sure. Everything was the delicious. The ribs were marinated for 24 hours. The barbecue pork and the chicken were all marinated in the same sauce. The owner told me the service was fast and this whole ambience was nice some of the best food I've had in a long time next time I'm going to Garden Grove. I will come here again.“

“As a native Thai visiting Laguna beach I'm pretty surprised that I can find authentic Thai food in this area. I've been here twice already and the food is really great. They use great beef quality. They put a lot of Thai ingredients that you may not be able to find at other Thai restaurants here. Their dishes are really great qualities. I love their beef salad, Thai fried rice, drunken noodles, beef pad kaprao, and if they have mango sticky rice definitely try it! I just took my family there the other day and my family was happy with the food. Usually my dad is pretty picky with food and he only loves Thai food. Definitely come check out this place if you are in the area and crave for Thai food.“

“I have been going to Thai Pepper for decades now. There food is always just spot on and the lunch special of $9.95 is a great deal. You get an entree in which I always get The Mint Leaves Chicken, fried rice, two fried wontons and a salad. My only suggestion would be to put the salad in a separate little box so it does not get hot next to the hot food. Other than that the food is excellent and great prices. You can get it mild to very hot on the spice! I stick with mild and my friend always gets the level 10 hot, hot, 🔥🥵 HOT. I would die, but different strokes for different folks.👍🤤🎉“

“We love Thai fix! We have been coming here for years. We moved to the other side of HB about 2 years ago but we drive over to grab Thai Fix about 1-2 times a month. I love their Pad Tai with chicken, Green Curry and my husband loves the Pad See Ew. We would recommend you try it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.“

“Have been picking up takeout from this neighborhood staple for 26 years and I know people who have been eating here since 1990. D Thai Chinese is apparently a one-woman operation; the owner takes orders, cooks, serves etc. all by herself, and she is so sweet and friendly.
I can only respect how D Thai's prices remain lower than other Thai/Chinese places in the area, although the prices have been raised in the last year or so (two dollars up per lunch and dinner special). The quality of the food however has remained reliably good, fresh cooked to order, and flavorful. I don't know enough about Chinese or Thai cooking to comment on how authentic it is, but it's pretty good in my opinion and that's what matters most to me.
I've tried most of the menu over the years and the standouts to me are the fried rice, thai basil chicken, mongolian beef, beef salads, and pad see ew. The majority of the menu is four stars, but those are the five star items in my experience.
Be advised, cash only and takeout only! For what it is -- a takeout Asian hole-in-the-wall restaurant -- D Thai is a respectable local treat that I will allow myself pretty regularly within my budget. Since the owner lady is so likeable and impressive, and the food is plentiful and decent quality for your dollar, I have to rate this place five stars overall.

The atmosphere can be busy, but comforting and relaxing, like a coffeehouse. The hustle and bustle of people coming in doesn’t distract from the atmosphere. In fact, it adds to it. I have always judged a Thai restaurant by their Tom kha kai. The first time I had it here I knew I was in for some good Thai. “I got the BBQ chicken and (steamed) rice with the ginger scallion sauce and it was so good! The chef and employee were also very nice and were available for any questions we had.
I also got a Thai iced coffee with milk and it is wow! It’s very strong, so fair warning, but also very good! It’s not super sweet or bitter - it’s the perfect in-between.
For the food and coffee (with tip) the total came out to about $24 as of January 2026. I will gladly pay that again! :)“
