“Pretty good sushi place, fish tasted fresh. The rolls are on smaller side but tastes good. They have bento lunch specials. I would recommend they invest in a better menu book with photos. It will help their business and make it more enticing for customers to purchase more menu items. I was recommended to try the Romeo and Juliette Roll and it was light and delicious. Bonus, there’s a huge Tesla Charging Station on the other side of the strip mall.“

“I recently visited Mubong-ri Soondae-guk and decided to try their cheese tonkatsu instead of the usual soondae-guk, and I was pleasantly surprised by how satisfying the meal was. The breading on the pork cutlet was perfectly crispy, and once I cut into it, the generous amount of cheese inside melted out beautifully, adding a great visual appeal. The meat itself was tender and not chewy at all, making it a dish that anyone would enjoy, and the harmony with the provided sauce was excellent. Since it is a restaurant specializing in soondae-guk, I didn't have high expectations, but I was truly shocked by the high quality, which rivaled that of specialized tonkatsu restaurants. The savory flavor of the cheese filling the mouth was a real treat. If you are looking for a hearty and delicious meal, I highly recommend trying the cheese tonkatsu at Mubong-ri. “Delish and great staff. The staff IS family and they treat not only their customers like family, but the other staff as well. That means a lot. We had a fun time with DJ and Pleng. About the food... We had 4 dishes... Hanuman's ceviche, Tom Kha Gai, Massaman, Pad See Ew and a nice glass of Malbec. My favorites were the ceviche and Massaman. But everything was so good. Hubs liked everything. There was literally no wait at 3 pm but come soon... Once word gets out this place will have a 45 min wait just like the mother location on Bristol.“

Set up like a Chipotle and Subway. You order your main dish and you move along to customize it by adding tempuras (extra fee), vegetables (extra fee), green onions, or tempura flakes.

The udon soup base and noodles was good. The tempura batter on my shrimp tempuras was too thick and not light and flaky. I wanted to add vegetables to my udon and wish they were cooked first or cooked with my soup. Dumping uncooked vegetables into my soup just cooled everything down right away.

There was a lot of seating inside and on their large outdoor patio. The place was very clean.“

Waba Grill sent me a coupon via their SMS Rewards program to try out 5 FREE dumplings with my purchase of a bowl. They also offer 20% off my first purchase but I couldn't combine it with this offer.

Either way, I am pleased! I went with their Waba Steak & Chicken Bowl along with 5 dumplings. My order was ready as promised within 15 minutes. The women at the customer service were quick and kind and they thanked me for coming in.
I've never tried dumplings before. I'd say these are pretty good. I'm not sure what kind of sauce they threw in, but it has a nice kick to it that brings a life to the dumplings with each bite.

Now as far as the bowl, wow, their Waba Sauce tastes like honey and teriyaki mixed together! It's so good topped over the steak and chicken and rice! The flavors all just mix so well.

I'd say, this is definitely a place, service and food I'd give a rating of 5/5. The food was so good and I'm thankful for the FREE dumplings and the blessing to try them out for the first time for FREE!“

Our waiter arrived 10 minutes after, taking our drink order. The app arrived before the waters, followed by the drinks after we ordered and received the sushi. The manager noticed us looking for our waiter but was often in the corner on his phone or socializing with the hostess. I got the mussaman curry and it had that perfect mix of sweet and savory with huge chunks of potato and tender chicken. My friend had the pad thai and they said it was the best theyve had in a while too. We just kept talking and eating way longer than we planned because no one wanted to leave. A word of warning to those who do not have experience with spicy food: MILD at this place has a kick more than you are expecting. It's VERY GOOD, but if you consider yourself a person who only likes a little bit of spice, you should absolutely stick with MILD and not go higher.
