“Small shop that sells donuts, burgers, teriyaki and other delicious foods. I ordered a combination teriyaki plate including beef and chicken. It was delicious, very plentiful and quick.
It was near closing time when I arrived but the lady who took my order was welcoming and while I was waiting for my food she gave me a chocolate donut. Although there isn't a lot of room they have a few tables inside and the atmosphere was nice. If you're around and want something quick, tasty and affordable I recommend checking it out!“

“We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. “Clean, consistent, and easily the best Shake Shack I’ve been to in LA. Fresh food, quick service, and reliable every time.

This Ventura Blvd location has been the most consistent Shake Shack experience for me. I’ve been to Downtown LA and West Hollywood and those can feel a little hit or miss, but this one always delivers. The ShackBurger was fresh and balanced. Crinkle-cut fries were hot and crispy, and the order came out quickly.

Parking can be a little chaotic during lunch, so keep an eye out so you don’t miss it. There is parking in the back on the opposite side of the street behind the restaurant. It does a lot of DoorDash and pickup traffic, but it never feels overwhelmingly busy inside. Space is clean, service is efficient, and overall quality control here feels stronger than other locations.

• Watch carefully for parking during peak lunch hours
• Use the rear lot across the street if front spots are full
• This location feels fresher and more consistent than others in LA“

“This place is a hidden gem. Delicious fresh made food from scratch. They even grind their own meat here. I got the fish sandwich and my bf got the AF burger and both were delicious. The owner is super kind. They have been here for 2 years. We came on a Saturday right at lunch time and it was pretty quiet. If you want delicious chicken sandwiches, burgers and more definitely come try this place.“

“I went here on a whim, having passed it countless times and thinking it'd probably be good. I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger w zucchini fries, and it's easily one of the best non-chain burgers I've had in a long time. The bun was buttery, the patties and bacon were well cooked (and the bacon was crunchy!), and the veggies were incredibly fresh and crisp. I should have gone with the grilled onions, but thats for next time. The zucchini fries were pretty standard, nothing overly special but solid. Order was quick. I'll definitely be dropping by again!“
