“The only thing I ever get is the chicken breasts. They're always juicy and fresh. Chicken tenders are never as juicy or hot for that matter. Guess they're not popular or something because they're warm at best, clearly having been out for awhile. The ice wasn't working, though. But they did have a bucket of half melted ice on the counter. “Halal spot ; We were on the way to South back home and stop by this restaurant for our light dinner.
I think it’s family owned and the prices are pretty reasonable. The staff were very friendly, and assisted us in ordering. Everything turned out good, they were super nice providing us extra condiments, etc. Be sure to select your spice level wisely cuz we ended up in tears, but we still enjoyed it though.

“Reem went above and beyond to help me with my order! Everyone was super friendly. The place was super clean. There were so many options to choose from and everything looked amazing. My CO workers love this place so I finally tried it today. Everything is made fresh. My order came out fast. There's a screen for placing your order if you don't want to wait in line. There wasn't a long line when I went in. I ordered the hippy wrap with sweet potato, a side of pesto pasta and a pineapple cream soda! It was delicious! This is now my new favorite place! I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family!

Vegetarian options: They had so many vegetarian options to choose from. Lots of sweet potato, roasted potatoes, corn on cob, pesto pasta, salads, fries and more!

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. It's situated right in front of an awesome park with splash pad and carousel within view.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is enough room to navigate a stroller or wheelchair through the door and inside the restaurant.“

“My husband and I came in on a Wednesday around 1pm to avoid the lunch rush. We ordered the original hainan chicken, hat yai chicken, and popcorn chicken. Order came out within 10 minutes. Everything was delicious, definitely enjoyed it best with the KMG sauce and the habanero which had a nice kick. The popcorn chicken was surprisingly very flavorful in the best way. It’s a unique flavor and unlike other popcorn chickens I’ve had. It tasted good with and without the sauce it came with and will definitely be something I’d crave and come back for. 11/10 :)“

“Was in the Irvine area and searched for fried chicken. Found this place, the food was amazing. Korean chicken at its best. We tried the fire fury chicken which was like super spicy but very tasty. The chicken katsu meal and the boneless chicken meal box was also amazing. The sides served were potato salad, pickles, pickled radish, jalapenos, a brownie, and a nice cabbage bed with sauces. Absolutely delicious. The location only has a few tables, restrooms were really clean, plenty of parking available.“

“I feel like El pollo loco is underrated really. The chicken is honestly amazing for such a simple place. Everything else can be a hit or miss but the chicken is always spot on, if you come here, you definitely have to try the chicken, if you try anything else then you can't complain or else your just a Crazy Chicken.

Isabel is the manager and we must say that we've had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time we've come here. One time, we were shorted during our drive-through order and we called her, and she immediately took care of it and then some! This evening we were back again and she was so kind to tell us all about their specials and to give us a coupon. She is so professional, courteous, and welcoming! “We ordered takeout here and it was quick. This location wasn't packed at the time and we didn't have to wait in line for our food. There's a few tables inside to dine in and shares a big parking lot with other businesses nearby. We only live about 10 minutes away so our food was still hot when we got back. Chicken stayed crispy too. My partner had a bad 1st time experience at a different location so this actually restored some trust in this franchise hahaha“

“The food I gave five stars because the food is delicious. I love the food from Chick-fil-A. It’s very good and even has vegan options so that’s very nice. Service is very nice. I gave a service of 5-Star because the servers were very nice and atmosphere atmosphere. I gave you a three stars. It was not the most clean atmosphere but very nice. I liked it overall. It was very good experience four stars. The only thing that was kind of difficult was the drive-through. It was very hard to get into it and get out from all the people crossing the road but other than that very good.

“Fast, friendly, consistent, affordable. What more can you ask for? Use the mobile app for easy ordering and some bonuses/discounts. The salad options are actually quite good, reasonably priced and quite filling. The chocolate chip cookie is always a favorite, the brownie is good, the seasonal shakes are always excellent. Breakfast options are quite good as well, certainly better than other fast food options, I like the biscuit sandwich.“

The manager was ringing in a lot of our orders with a smile! “Excellent Service, Just a Small Mix-Up

We are regulars at the Chick-fil-A located at 13490 Jamboree Rd, Irvine, and have consistently had wonderful experiences here. The staff are always welcoming and the service is prompt, which keeps us coming back.

Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, we experienced a small hiccup. After ordering through the drive-thru, we returned home to find that the fries were missing from our meal. While this was disappointing, especially since my wife particularly looks forward to them, we understand that mistakes can happen and it’s all part of being human.

We didn’t return to the store but wanted to share this feedback to help improve the service further. We appreciate your attention to detail and look forward to our next visit, and of course, to those delicious fries!
