“Delicious soufflés. We tried the shiitake garlic basil for the entree and the chocolate one for dessert. Didn’t order any appetizers which worked out since we could barely finish the meal, though we did have some of the baguette they brought out before the meal.
It’s a joy to watch the chef work in the kitchen! This cafe is a San Francisco landmark so make a reservation and go there to enjoy a 3-hr long relaxed meal.“

“What an exceptional dining experience in every way! So happy Marche is back and the best ever. The menu is seasonal and innovative. We split the little gem salad..so fresh with the best dressing and the lardons were perfect. I had steak and my boyfriend had cassoulet. We could not have been happier. I honestly think Marche may very well be the best restaurant in Marin!“

“Had a great experience at Maison Nico today! I ordered a Pain au Chocolat and matcha, and both exceeded my expectations. The Pain au Chocolat was beautifully made - so light and delicate with those perfect flaky, crispy layers on top that you expect from a well-crafted pastry.
What really stood out was their matcha. Finally found a place that serves it the proper way - no added sugar at all! It's refreshing to taste the pure, earthy flavor of quality matcha instead of the overly sweet versions you get at most cafes.
I was fortunate to walk in without a line, but within several minutes there was a steady stream of customers forming a queue. That's always a good sign that locals know this place is worth the wait. The quality of their pastries and attention to authentic preparation definitely shows. Will be back to try more items!“

“I chose to celebrate my birthday at Chouquet, and I'm so glad I did. Upon arrival, we were greeted with Kir Royales before being seated—a very nice way to start the evening. Throughout the meal, the service was excellent. We had the tuna tartare and escargot for starters; both were perfect. For mains, we had the salmon and the beef bourguignon—both were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. One of the most pleasing moments was the complimentary dessert, which was brilliant, along with the lovely, understated singing of "Happy Birthday," followed by them switching the music to Stevie Wonder's version of the song. It couldn't have been a better evening.“

“Great bistro by the water! We arrived shortly after opening on Saturday and were seated immediately. We chose the covered outdoor seating. It can get chilly so bring your jacket. There's also plenty of indoor seating.
The burger was delicious and the shoestring fries were great with the aioli. The pain perdu was so soft and yummy; fantastic french toast with berry compote. The croque madame was great as well with a nice side salad. I love bread and all the bread from these dishes were stuff my face good.
There's a dedicated valet parking lot for $5. The surrounding parking spots are all permit parking until you get to the bridgeway.

“The cocktail was excellent at Quince! They have a collaboration going on with Bar Agricole currently and the cocktails are really well thought out. Craig is very hospitable!
The service was excellent and all the staff is very friendly and professional. I really enjoyed meeting Neev, the service manager.
The food was very tasty - especially the John Dory. You get great canapés and some sweets in the end as well.
It's a great deal for a 3 Michelin Star restaurant to be able to experience some of the dishes a la carte in the beautiful Salon room.

“Excellent service and food. We were a group of 10 and had made two separate reservations of 5 each. When we arrived we were able to all sit together. Very attentive staff. Excellent ambiance- door/wall opens to outdoor, so both indoor and outdoor seating. Again, food was excellent. Our table ate a variety of dishes and everyone was pleased and had enjoyable evening.“

“Have dined at Le Chalet Basque for more than 20 years. Our recent meal with lamb chops, fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes and split pea soup served with crumbled blue cheese salad couldn't have been better. Fresh ingredients, great wine and excellent service will keep us returning again and again.“
