“When we visit San Diego, we eat here at least 3 times. We absolutely LOVE their bagels (they are heavenly and actually give you a good amount of cream cheese!)I love the look of their merch, my only complaint is that we visit yearly, every single year I try to get merch and they are always “sold out” 😔 I dunno how everything is always sold out every-time I ask the last 8 years. Online they tend to be sold out as well the few times I have looked. It is such a dang bummer. I’d love to support with wearing merch. Still hoping one trip I’ll get lucky and they will have something in stock 😅. Also, their lemonade is super super tart. So if you like it sweet like I do, dont get it. The sugar did not help it at all and I added a ton 😂 The other drinks are good!“

“I've been buying donuts from May's for over 30 years and they ae the best of the best. If they had a cannabis dispensary next door the line for donuts would a mile long.“
“I walked in and was the second person in line for lunch and I had to wait about 15 minutes. My two cents — I think your sandwich person or someone else can be crosstrained to use the register so that there are two people at the register especially for a busy lunch time, and especially if youre sandwich person doesn’t have anything to do. I saw two people walk out because the line was taking too long. Five stars because I always want to support Eastlake businesses, but I wanted to give some constructive feedback as a customer. Food was ready within 5 minutes, so it was pretty fast after ordering.“

“Come for breakfast, stay for the vibes. The absolute freshest orange juice, great service, delicious menu. The new owner personally helped us today and let us know all the updates and hard work he putting in to really make the experience great. What a great alternative to chain coffee/breakfast places. Golden bagel is not only more cost effective than the chain next store it’s made with more love.“

“I went to Hilltop Deli today for lunch for a standard (my basic) roast beef sandwich; roast beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, on sourdough. Not only was the sandwich on point, it came with my choice of side (I wasn’t expecting). It was all so good and I have no need for dinner tonight. Well worth the visit. Staff is A+, too.“

“First time visiting this bagel shop since it’s conveniently located near the train station, and I was genuinely impressed. The place is absolutely beautiful, and you can tell the bagels are made fresh.
The staff was very friendly, and I loved the customizable options they have a great variety to choose from. Everything tasted delicious, and the quality really stands out.
I can’t wait to come back and try their salmon cream cheese bagel next!“

They were delivered at the promised time and very reasonable on the price for such a large order. Our clients in the community were thrilled with how tasty they were and the presentation was lovely. “Me n my girls stopped in for açaí bowls and they were so yummy and filling. My daughters loved the suggestion to add Nutella. We will definitely come again!!“
