Starbucks in Livermore

“Outdoor heaters or a fire pit would really improve sitting outside and enhance the premises on frosty mornings like this one. There's not enough room for sitting inside when there's a crowd, like today at 10AM. "Customers come first!"“

“I’ve stopped by the Starbucks a few different times for a few different reasons and each and every time the service here is absolutely phenomenal. The first time that I stopped here it was because I was trying to plaster the area with posters for an upcoming musical that I was in at the Bankhead theater. I don’t think Starbucks has down moments, but I didn’t come during one of their main rush hours to try and discuss with someone about putting my poster up. I think I came around 8 AM, and the person who I was talking to, wasn’t sure if they were allowed to put up posters, but did explain to me everything about their poster system, and was kind enough to take the posters just in case they were able to put it up. A few months after that performance, I went back just to get some water and to also unfortunately throw up because I felt so sick, their bathrooms were open and available and very clean. The last time I went was to use their drive-through to get a oat milk chai. Like many Starbucks, they moved very efficiently. I think I was in their line for about five minutes in total.
I pray these people get paid what they deserve!!!“

“It’s rare to feel compelled to leave compliment for a 2 minute Starbucks experience, and Livia was that great. Immediate welcome when I walked in, recommendation for my order and quick delivery. What stood out the most was the kind, genuine and positive energy. Thank you.“

“At this location they usually always take way longer. Even when it’s visibly not busy. My order is almost always made wrong and especially when it comes to the extra add-ons that are extra $$ they just don’t do it. They do a poorly executed job.“

“This starbucks is inside the Target of Livermore. Sometimes when I come here, my shopping can take an hour or so and having a starbucks coffee, or frappe can make the whole thing a lot better and pleasurable. Most of the times I go there is really never a long line. The staff are very friendly and nice and their service is very quick!“

“I think CLARISE and ANNA make the whole store! With them being soooo personal, remembering each person and their drink, socializing about their lives makes it feel like a friendship and makes me only want to go to this store!!!! They better not ever leave or i might move on to anothet store?“

“I enjoyed this Starbucks. It wasn't overly crowded, the bathrooms were clean, and the team was fast at preparing my order. I ordered on the app just before getting to the store, used the restroom, and my order was out by the time I was done. The drink was made as I expected and the food I ordered was good. I'll definitely come here again on my travels.“

“I'm in here frequently, usually in the very early morning, and it's always a pleasure. The staff are friendly and upbeat, and they always treat me with kindness and consideration. The food is good, but it's the people that keep me coming back.“

“Went for an afternoon pick me up. No line. Pleasant atmosphere (not loud or crowded). Plenty of seating. Barista was friendly, order was ready in less than 10 minutes of being placed.

I like, and prefer, this Livermore location for all the reasons above.“
