“Our favorite restaurant in Livermore now! Love the food. Grew up back east in an italian community. This place is legit! Huge portions. If you sit outside you need to go inside to order which was no problem at all. They can get very busy so be patient. It’s worth the wait. Kevin is so kind and helpful. Makes you feel like family. ❤️“

Took my Dad to Sultans for lunch today and it was great- we ordered a lot for two of us as i wanted my Dad to try it all lol, and the food was so delicious, fresh, flavorful and so nicely presented! Dad loved it and said we should go there every time he’s visiting. Owner came to our table and checked on us which was such a nice gesture! Thank you for great service once again!

I love their food and service! Everything is so delicious and so much variety! I’ve been going there and ordering to go/delivery often since their first days in Livermore, and they’ve been always great! Recently there was a minor mess up with my Doordash order, but Sultan’s Kebab fixed it immediately and supplemented the nuisance with a free dessert! Great example of what customer service should be!“

“Wow this place knocked it out of the park! The menu is laid out well so you can build your own item and flavors. All the ingredients are fresh, sauces are on point, and each hummus is so good! I really liked the shawarma chicken too - not rubbery or hard. I also ordered a pita and it was very fluffy!“

“Came here for lunch always enjoy a good sushi spot. Was seated right away want to busy. Decided to order a bento box with chicken teriyaki, gyoza, and spicy tuna roll. All were delicious. Bento box came with miso soup which was great and a salad that I didn't care for as it was warm and barely had any dressing on it. I ordered some sashmi, 6 pieces of Tuna, tasted very fresh and was wanted would of ordered more of not being full from the bento box. Definitely would recommend stopping by if looking for some good sushi.“

“Had the best wine tasting experience Thanks to Kim Codey she knew every detail of every wine down to the taste. Learned a lot of the winery itself learned the history of winery and of the wines. They were named after family members especially the cutest names were that of the grandchildren. Also it's place where you can bring your kids and food celebrate anyway you like. “Calafia Kitchen is a gem in Livermore! The food is fantastic, among the best in the area. The ambience is delightful, and the staff is incredibly friendly. This has become my go-to spot for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!“

“Fantastic Pho and great people.

I ordered the large rare beef pho, and it was exactly what I needed today.

The broth was not greasy or fatty. The meat was perfect, and I was surprised to see how much meat was in my bowl. A nice plus.

I asked for extra lemons, my preference over limes, and they were juicy too, lol

The customer service was great. The gentleman at the counter was very polite, kind, and not overbearing. Seems like a chill, nice person. I also observed how he greated incoming customers, and he just has a good vibe to him.

It's a small establishment, lots of parking nearby.

My bowl was 18$, and I was definitely an 18 dollar bowl due to the extra meat and noodles.

“I love this place, it's like a little pocket of nostalgia hidden just past the downtown strip. It's like stepping back in time when you visit.

The burgers taste great, the fries are crispy and plentiful, and everything just comes together for a great burger.“

“Had a great experience! Food portions are bigger than I expected, so I definitely could have gone without ordering a second item. Great prices for amount of food and it was delicious! The server was so kind and very on top of our service. It was a busy night and she apologized for the wait, but honestly, I think we maybe waited 10-15 minutes? Which didn’t feel like anything abnormal while waiting for a meal. I also left my to-go container by accident and she tracked me down outside to make sure I had it. Very kind and over the top service for us! Definitely recommend supporting!“

“The food Absolutely incredible. Every dish we ordered was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. You can tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients and put real care into their cooking. The bowl was a standout perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection.

Drinks were also on point, with a great selection of fountain drinks, and dessert was the perfect ending to an amazing meal.

“We are members at Darcie Kent for about a year now and love this place! Wonderful atmosphere, release parties, and most importantly — WINE!!!! Such a gem of a place. They have great servers. Lisette helped us through a tasting even though we were late and made it a great experience. On occasion, we have been helped a few times by Carolyn as well as she remembered our names and always says hi. We love the staff and everything about this winery, doesn’t feel snobby, more like a family.“

Been there couple of times and it always a pleasant experience.

First & foremost the best part of this place is the love, politeness and hospitality. The staff is lovely. It feels like home. They feed you like you are at home.

It’s a very basic hole in the wall, mom n pop restaurant. The bright vibrant yellow color of this places makes it stand out.

They have a good extensive menu of all the essential Mexican food.

The portion sizes are HUGE so order accordingly.

We have tried, burritos, taco’s, quesadillas etc, everything was delicious.

The salsa bar is also yummylicious. They have fresh nachos, nice n warm.

The carne asada enchiladas were delicious & flavorful.

Forgot the name of the fish dish, that was a heck of dish. The fish was cooked to perfection.

The shrimp plate was yummy

Difficult to say which one was my favorite. I love everything here which I tried.

They have decent size indoor and outdoor space.

The service is quick n efficient

“I've eaten at this restaurant at least 200 times, it's that good, and they always greeted me by name. Now 8 years later it's October 2024 and it's every bit as good as then. On top of that, it's a bargain. Kung Pao chicken is my favorite. Mongolian Beef is also very tasty. By coincidence, I visited at the same time as another truck driver, there's unlimited parking in the neighborhood, there's no problem at all if your truck is 60 feet long. He had the delicious large bowl of Wonton soup, another favorite. We could have eaten anywhere but of course we both chose Ming's Garden knowing it's a hidden gem. This is a place for those who appreciate healthy food expertly prepared. Wishing them all the success in the world.
