“Marsha was incredible. We were looking for someone who could provide all the dessert for our wedding, bring us something other than a traditional wedding cake experience, and also bring some extra flair to our big day. Marsha did all that and more. Our cake table was decorated so beautifully! She made the most delicious cupcakes of all different flavors for our guests to enjoy. She even made an ADORABLE cake topper for us that everyone raved about. In addition, Marsha made us a gorgeous, delicious, moist 3 layer cake , and she even was able to bring a ROLLED ICE cart too! People could not get over how cool it was to have rolled ice cream at our wedding, especially because Marsha had extra cupcakes to put in with the ice cream. She was so collaborative, easy to work with, and fun. Everything we asked her to do, she accommodate, often gently giving her sage advice along the way. We could not possibly recommend Marsha any higher than we do. She is absolutely incredible and soooo many people raved about their experience with her at our wedding. 10/10 for everything!!“

“Customer service is great, they take their time into making your ice cream full! If you come between 4:30-6 pm and 7:30-9:30 pm expect it to be super busy! There’s free genuine bibles and sometimes they add more ice cream for your buck! If ordering a cake they have it ready right on the exact date and time, so don’t come early unless you called and rescheduled! The workers are young, some new and some first day so give grace as they may not know the whole menu yet.“

“We went here for the Dubai chocolate and be advised it is very expensive for ice cream. It's basically Baskin-Robbins capitalizing off of a viral sensation. The ice cream bar is $9.99 and it was good but there's no way I should have paid $9.99 for the small ice cream bar. My niece had a Sunday to buy chocolate and it must have been $20 because the bill for the ice cream bar and the Sunde was over $30. It was fun but never again will I spend that amount of money.“

I had such a great experience here and wanted to give the team a well-deserved review. One of the things I really appreciate is that they stay open late. I came in around 1 AM, and it was honestly so convenient to have a place where I could still get something sweet that late at night.
Even though it was very late, the workers were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They didn’t make me feel rushed at all, and they were happy to help me choose what I wanted. Their customer service was genuinely appreciated, especially at that hour.
I also want to mention how clean the store was. Everything looked well-maintained and organized, which made the experience even better. It’s nice to see employees keeping the place clean while still providing good customer service.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Great ice cream, helpful employees, a clean environment, and being open late is a huge plus.
