“I love this place, they have a good happy hour and their drinks are stiff! Super friendly staff and nice patio vibes. My only issue is that sometimes they run out of food. They have different events throughout the week, so check their website before you stop on by.“

“Gay women goes to gay man’s bar, so take it with a grain of salt. My own fault for wasting a buck in the jukebox while music videos were playing, assumed it would override. Bartender super cool and nice, watched him cut someone off and give them water. I don’t think they have food, not certain. Low key in the day, not sure what night crowd is like.“

“Why you should go: bottomless mimosas, brunch/dinner with a show, and supporting the local drag community!! Our party of 6 made reservations for brunch on a Saturday and we had a blast celebrating my friend's birthday. Be sure to read through the website and you'll have all your questions answered about the menu, showtimes, and making a reservation. We felt that the talent for our show had some performances that were great, some lacked a little bit of energy, and overall the song choices were a little out dated. We were there to make the most of it and played along, so it was really a fun time! *Pro tip: be sure to bring cash, and if you need one dollar bills they will come by and exchange them for you.As far as the food goes, it is expensive but remember - you are paying for a dinner and a show... an experience, not too mention keeping businesses like this running. The burgers are great but DO NOT order the breakfast burrito. I'm serious, don't be tempted... it is not good.I personally would love to see the decor even more glammed up and cleaner, but it was cute. The waiting music was great and there were definitely some hit songs mixed into the performances and we would've loved even more of that. All and all, please go and have fun!! Hoping this place is around for a long time!Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly“

The Silver Fox Gay Bar • $

“This place has been a staples in Long Beach for many many years. A nice little local neighborhood bar that fun for drinks, light dancing and catching up with friends. Just be cautious with hanging outside and being loud as it's in a residential area. There's street parking as they don't have a parking lot. Depending on what night you visits, they have different events going on. I tend to go during karaoke which I believe happens on two different nights. They also have a nice patio area with plenty of seating and has somewhat of a New Orleans vibe. Pretty cool neighborhood hang out with cheap drinks and good company.“

“We came to this spot earlier in the day and it was completely empty. The atmosphere is very quaint and welcoming. The lady at the bar was friendly. The pool tables are in pretty good condition, although some of the cues are a little broken. Overall, we had a very good experience at this spot.“

“I love coming here so much! The environment, the setting/the vibe, the service and overall the experience! I look forward to coming and having a great time! Especially if Emily is working! She makes me wanna come out and spend my money! I only go here when Emily is working at night. The more often she works the more often I come! She continues to make this bar a destination and I bring ALL MY FRIENDS. Cheers to one of the best bartenders in Long Beach!“

Executive Suite Gay Bar • $$
3428 Pacific Coast Hwy, Long Beach

“This place was cool and had a great vibe and good karaoke. The only issue I had was the owner. I had spent something like $50 on drinks and started asking for water between each one. He told the bartender to stop giving me water and to start selling me canned water. I don’t mind paying, but that’s stupid and petty. Not to mention when I had a giant can of water in my hand, I wasn’t buying drinks. He probably elbowed his way of out two or three drinks by making me buy a $4 water. Good job, greedy. I spent almost a hundred dollars at your bar and you’re pressed about water.“
