The chicken parmesan, lasagna, and linguine are some of our favs, paired with their fresh homemade bread. You can really taste the care that goes into everything!“

“I discovered the place by accident. I was next door inside Michaels having some art pieces custom framed when I decided to look for a place to stop by to eat. I was starving. I was craving for pasta. And thats how I got to discover this place. I ordered the chicken fettucine alfredo. Love the dish with its chunky chicken pieces and al dente pasta. The complimentary cheese sticks with that cheese pimiento cheese spread was a delightful surprise. Next time Ill check their lasagna and clam chowder. I heard their clam chowder is as good as Boulins in San Francisco. I dont have to make a drive to the city to enjoy a good bowl of chowder. The lasagna looks so rich as well as their chopino. Im definitely comjng back.“

“Food was fantastic! Covid has hit all restaurants hard and La Stanza was new to Menlo Park opening in January 2020. The owner / chef has his Italian cuisine dialed. The cesar salad was dressed to perfection served on a chilled plate w/shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano.. Delish! My short rib ravioli special was exactly what I was hoping for. Hand made in house pasta baked to perfection. My wife had the sacchettto vegi pasta pocket stuffed w/vegis . The red sauce had tremendous flavor... and perfect to mop up with the bread. 🤪... This place is a must try!“

Until, we talked, I stopped ordering from Terun on principle. I was a frequent client. Takeout customers must be honored for requests that are gladly honored when in the dining room. Takeout customers should be thanked for not causing dirty tablecloths and dishes -- and LOYALTY. Jessica reinstated that loyalty. I truly hope that the owners appreciate her. “Celebrating my husband's 65th Birthday. Took a excursion today to cool off out of the valley heat and searched out an authentic Italian meal. I ordered the Linguini and fresh Clams with roasted peppers and light cream sauce. The results were delicious with excellent flavor and presentation. Hubby needed his Cavatelli with red gravy as a side dish since he hasn't found anything like this in our area. He also ordered Lasagna as the main course and we were surprised to see a very large portion! The bread, and I am not a bread eater, was heavenly. Hubby claims good Italian bread is like eating cake and I couldn't agree more with him more. I am now a convert! The pasta is homemade, the red gravy is delicious. We will be returning. Thank you for being here for all of us Italian food lovers ❤️“

“The restaurant and bar is small and we were the only dinner patrons at 6:30 pm, but the bar was well populated and a football game was on the TV. As a result it was quite noisy and we asked the waiter to turn down the music. The staff were very friendly and it seemed to have the same ambience as the bar in Cheers. I had a seafood pasta dish and my wife had a chicken breast with a marvelous cream sauce. The food was excellent and the service was prompt. We will go back.“

“What a gem! Service and food were top-notch. The bay scallop amuse bouche was stunning, as well as the swordfish and scallop main course. Restaurant is a little small, with the tables very close to each other, but we were able to hear each other easily in conversation.“

“So glad I stumbled across this gem today! William (cashier) was extremely patient, accommodating, and helpful. We ordered a porchetta sandwich, side of fries, double espresso, burger, and scone. Everything we had was delicious - the porchetta was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. There isn’t a dedicated kids menu from what I saw, but they provided a high chair and most kids survive off fries, so we were fine. Parking is in a private lot and an easy walk from LPCH or Stanford shopping center. The weather was perfect for their patio dining, and staff were prompt to bring our food and clear tables.“

“The food at Che Fico Parco was innovative and delicious. Our waiter was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Heads-up: don't believe the prices on the menu; they automatically tack on 5% to your bill so that they can pay their employees. Which, of course, is complete B.S. Really -- just charge more for your dishes (it is not like this is a price-sensitive crowd on the border of Atherton and Menlo Park) and pay them what you need to.“

The total price for our meals were cheaper than a more popular restaurant I would say & the food and atmosphere was way more nicer than other places.“

“Kasa has beautiful restaurants in the Bay Area with a heart. The decor is gorgeous with pretty details sprinkled around. For example the bench outside the Redwood City restaurant is so pretty and show cases the colors and designs of India. The food itself is very comforting. It is inspired by the recipes of the founder's grandmother and it is delicious. I love the chai there and love that they have a chai kit. “Solid 5 stars and we cannot believe took us years to notice this gem of a restaurant so close to our home. We are family of six who are quite picky eaters of Italian food. Now we noticed this place we find ourselves dining in or getting take-away at least once a week.

One word: value! Second word: tasty! Their portion sizes on many entrees are so generous as to feed two adults, plus their complimentary salad (with many entrees) is unusually large for a side salad

Highly recommended:
Fettuccine Veneziana: if you find the cream sauce too heavy, try our trick to sub in angel hair pasta and Pomodori sauce, which turns this into a light Italian pasta dish you would find (priced a third higher) at a restaurant like Maggiano's. Nearly similar taste to seafood pasta dishes we've had along Cinque Terre ( Italian Riviera coast). Or also very good: salmon over angle hair with the Pomodori sauce.

Lasagna: fantastic !
Side of two meatballs: only $3 - are you kidding? Some of the best meatballs ever to meet my taste buds
Minestrone soup: fantastic !
Chicken piccata: our daughter loves their version of this dish.
Tiramisu: very good

NOTE: we haven't had a chance to try many items on their menu so if not listed above don't assume item is not good.

Skip it:
Linguine de Mare: you will like this only if you are OK with a sauce that is heavy tomato base that's lacking seafood flavor. It does not compare well to Maggiano's (admittedly higher priced $37) version.“

Also tried 2 different pizzas and are I live with both and my all time favorite go to pizza still wins the mayo pizza, it's the best!! This restaurant is very special, cozy, and perfect for birthdays, office luncheons, or date night. “I ate at Pazzo on Wednesday and had a great experience. The restaurant is take out only. I ordered at the restaurant instead of on the phone. The staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The order took about 20 minutes and we had a drink outside while waiting. I HIGHLY recommend the shrimp and grits. Over anything else on the menu! And I was told the gnocchi was amazing too iAnd of course the pizza is awesome!“

A little Hot Honey and extra fig preserve allowed us to add a custom touch as each desired. Can’t even complain about the wait for a closer Slice House, because I know Tony Respects the Craft too much to rush any location before they are up to the highest standards. Bravo!“

“Wow the best pizza I ever had and trust me I love pizza. I got the tandoori chicken with pineapple. This pizza was made with quality ingredients, with love and they saved the day today as I picked up the pizza I put it on the top of the car and when I drove off it fell and when I made a U-turn rto come back someone stole it already. We reached to them and spoke to the manager and he was very kind and went above and beyond to make us same pizza without paying for another one.
