This place was great! They have a big brick oven in the restaurant, and the pizza was really good. I usually like a super crispy crust, but theirs still tasted great. The arugula salad and shaved Brussels sprouts were fresh and light, really nice. The place is kid-friendly, which made it easy for the whole family to enjoy.“

“I had a fantastic experience doing the tasting menu and the wine pairing. Lots of small perfectly executed dishes, served at a good cadence. Lots of the ingredients were foraged, including some of the seafood. The wines in the pairing were great, especially considering the price point of the pairing was very reasonable - for so many pours of wine. I understand that the menu is constantly changing - so I'm sure I'll be going back soon.“

“The Out of the Barrel taproom is IMO the best place for ales, IPA’s, sours, porters and more in Los Gatos. There is a large board clearly listing the beers and helpful bartenders that can guide you to the right tipple. The patio area is nice but can get hot during mid summer. My only real complaint is the food. It’s just simple baked items that aren’t very flavorful. I’d like to see something fresh on the menu.“

“Loma Brewing was an awesome place to have our party. Their food was delicious, the space was fabulous and the staff were incredible. They were so easy to work with and made the planning and day of so easeful. I felt so supported. I highly recommend them for events and also just a night out!

“What an amazing place. I was visiting from the UK and was lucky enough to visit here.

I really enjoyed the drive up. It's a windy road but beautiful driving through the hills up to the winery.

Great wine, fantastic service, good prices, beautiful views and all within a short drive of Los Gatos. One of the highlights of our trip to the area.

We like to grab a mini tub of jalapeño cream cheese but it’s so disappointing seeing it half full? Would be nice to see this improved moving forward. Also would love to see a non-pork alternative for breakfast sandwiches such as plant based patty or turkey bacon added to the breakfast sandwich options for those of us that don’t eat pork.“

“The chef at this restaurant is excellent. He made us linguine with clams in spicy Sicilian red sauce and baked eggplant mostachelli. They were both delicious and we have eaten delicious food in Sicily! Thank you for an amazing lunch! The wine selection was adequate, but we wish they had a house wine that was not a Pinot noir.“

“We’ve been to this places twice for wine tasting in the past but the bistro didn’t open at that time. So we went on Sunday for special Mother’s Day brunch and give it a try. My sister is their member so we can order five different entries from their set menu. We had Shakshuka , Benedict eggs, avocado and salmon with bread , duck fried rice and special charcuterie.
The taste of all dishes are amazing. The duck meat is very well seasoned so it is not gamey at all .Shakshuka tastes like the one we had in Jerusalem.
Nice and friendly service. We can’t wait to come back again for their regular meal.“

“Came for birthday dinner. Started with the burrata (special made w/ heirloom tomato, so good), crostini sampler and calabrese shrimp. All very tasty. Sampled some of the Italian IPA (who knew!) and also the primitivo (like zin) very good. Mains were the lamb (2 of us), tuna salad, meatballs and lasagne Lorenzo. Loved the lasagne, others were good. Lamb was just ok. The meat, mushrooms and polena were all woefully underseasoned (if at all)...had to ask for salt...and could barely detect the lemon or garlic. Deserts were good, but no espresso? ;0 Anyway, worth a try again in the future.“

Their staff were exceptionally courteous and very easy to work with during both the event and the arrangement process. The atmosphere is simply breathtaking there and our dinner in “The Cave” was magnificent both in terms of the food and wine, but the room itself was just so cool to eat dinner in. “I love the burgers and my wife loves the chicken sandwich. The food is verrry good. The only complaint I have is that sometimes I get cold soggy fries which is due to the workers pre making the little bags of fries and they just sit on the service line. If they are fresh, the garlic fries are the way to go with the brown sugar lemonade.“
