“Excellent Thai spot right on the PCH. This turned up in a few searches and did not disappoint. We enjoyed the dumplings (make sure you love garlic, we do), Pad Woon Sen and ribs. Everything was seasoned well and fresh. Parking was a breeze.“

“My wife and I absolutely love this place! Although we have plenty of Thai restaurants nearby, we always choose to drive the extra distance to come here—it’s that good. The staff is incredibly polite and genuinely thoughtful. They go above and beyond, especially when it comes to accommodating my vegetarian wife. For example, they proactively ask questions like, “Is it okay if the dish includes fish sauce?”—something no other Thai restaurant has done without us bringing it up first.

The spice level is perfect for us—we love it very spicy, and they deliver every time. Their Tom Yum soup is absolutely delicious. As a meat eater, I have to say their Crying Tiger dish is the best I’ve ever had. The meat is tender, packed with flavor, and served in generous portions. My wife always enjoys her drunken noodles—they’re rich in flavor and consistently satisfying. Even our little one looks forward to their perfectly cooked fried egg.

“Pretty good food, panang curry was very flavorful and the server was nice. Food came out at vastly different times for our large group though which is always a bit awkward and a bummer as I like when everyone has their meals. Also, they gave me a very small side of rice for my huge bowl of delicious curry, so I had to eat half like a soup and steal some noodles from my son's dish to dip in. (Rice is cheap so not sure why they're stingy with it).“

“Add Pookies to the list of hidden gems in the Conejo Valley. We sat outside for dinner at a shaded table next to a running water feature. Three dishes proved to be just the right amount for the two of us. Pad Thai Noodles, Jade Curry with Beef and Vegetable Melange complimented each other perfectly and all three were excellent. The service was great and engaging. We’re already looking forward to coming back.“
