“Decem and QQ gave us the BEST service we have EVER received. No exaggeration. They provided our group with such a wonderful experience and ALL of our food was amazing. We had chow mein, wings, Mongolian beef, sweet & sour chicken, rice, wor wonton soup, ginger tea, and the sesame seed dessert balls (I don’t remember what they were called). Above all, they treated us like family. We will absolutely be having more family dinners here. If you are reading reviews to see where you should go to eat this is THE place to go. P.S. You must try the chicken wings!“

“I enjoyed the food, the wait was a little long, but there was some language barriers, the waitress was nice but didn't quite understand some of our questions, the hostess was very helpful and answered our questions about the selections on the menu, and made sure our order was right. “I Deliver doordash and I have been in there many times and it always smells good . I'm from SF and love Asian foods. I have tried 5 places in the Monterey area since moving here, and they have been ok , only 1 has been excellent...tonight I tried Full Moon, and I have to scream out ...finally!!!! First of all I didn't check closing time and walked in right on the dot at closing wanting to be seated. The people there very sweetly explained that they were closed but I could order something from takeout. I order the house Chow mein and spring rolls. Omg this is what it is supposed to taste like. The perfect amount of spice and flavor, the noodles and meats all perfect the sauce is almost creamy and has real pieces of vegetables. So good; The spring rolls too!!! Light and crispy and flavor full with nice pieces of everything inside. And the prices are great. A little less than most In The area. But what stood out to me the most was, they looks exhausted from the day and eager to go home but they served me with a smile and were very gracious while I waited. I really felt like I was in a nice restaurant, and it felt like a dining experience, and I didn't even dine in. I am very pleased and will be back!!!“

They have really good lunch and dinner specials. I got the sweet and sour chicken lunch plate and it came with fried rice, egg roll, soup, and sweet and sour chicken. “Lucky Bamboo is open for takeout during the Coronavirus shutdown. My wife and I got takeout last night. We had chicken chow mein, beef with asparagus, and chicken with black mushrooms. The food was delicious, fresh, and plentiful. The person who helped me was very friendly and appreciative to have the business.“

“My family and I have been coming to The Orient for over 10 years. This place is the best. It's run by the same family and the deliciousness of their food hasn't changed either. The beef Pho is great, best around I think. I really like their fried rice, salt pepper squid and egg foo young. Pretty much everything here is good. Their lunch specials are deal too.“

Seats approx 30 inside but tables seem to refresh quickly.
The lunch menu is a bargain. Meat, rice, noodles, hot and sour soup and a pot of tea for around $11 and it is very filling
Dimsum is nice would recommend the pot stickers
Drinks etc are cheap with coke at $2 for example.
Staff are friendly but clearly in a mindset to get people served in and out quickly which I can't complain about

The staff are friendly as well. It's right next to trader Joe's and across is Chipotle. The parking isn't that bad either.“

The service was actually very attentive and nice even though our waiter sounded a little gruff at first. The sheer number of options on the menu was very impressive. We got a few different things to try and every was cooked well and properly seasoned. The crispy rice soup really hit the spot today with the gloomy weather. There was also a lot of vegetarian options for those looking for that. The slightly higher cost is justified by the big portions. We would not hesitate to stop by again!
