“We just love Four Streams Kitchen, so much so that we pre-ordered take-out for 16 people for a birthday party in our home. The food arrived hot, on time and delicious. It was a major hit. In the restaurant, the staff is friendly and funny (Paul); the ambiance is fine, and the food is very good. Go there!“

“Addiction at its finest. I tried Jacks Bao as a native San Francisco girl because I miss dumplings and the like. Currently South County does not have a lot of options for amazing Street style Food. I am in love. I used to have an aversion to all things hot. Then i tried the Red Chili Oil WonTon. Oh my god. I get this with one of the soups. I have had the braised beef and the spicy pork. Both are out of this world. I'd eat this every single day if I could. I order it through DoorDash with my Dash Pass and it works out fairly economical for lunch. They have a 22 lunch special that has fried wonton and spicy pork soup and a soda. It works out great for me. My only wish is that they would put a few more dimsum dishes on the menu. Really amazing. So Excited that they are in Aptos. They are closed today and I am anxiously awaiting tomorrow.“

“We are locals who come here often. The owner is wonderfully accommodating. We usually order the combination plate for 2 or more people because you get fried rice, soup, egg rolls, and cream cheese wontons. We have also tried the lunch special as well. They usually get a lot of to-go orders. We have ordered a number of things, and all are very good. Their hot and sour soup is very good.“

“Wow! Can’t believe I’ve never been here. 🤯 We don’t get Chinese food very often and have tried a couple of other places in town, but this is my new favorite.

We placed a takeout order and the woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. She knew the menu and could tell me which items were GF (even double checked with the kitchen) As someone with food sensitivities, it’s much appreciated.

Prices were fair and the food was really good!

“Born and raised local. I’ve been looking for a new favorite Chinese food place. Our old favorite changed hands and recipes. No longer a favorite.

So in my search for some new and good I Found some reviews about this place and decided to try it.

Was impressed. Very happy with the sizzling rice soup, tomato broth. Very happy with the pepper chicken wings as well. My new favorite Chinese in town.“

“They are the best Chinese restaurant in town. Very friendly staff and amazing cook. We had some rockfish freshly caught and they did an amazing job preparing them to 3 different delicious meals including tofu fish soup, spicy fish filet in chili oil, and steamed fish. The price is very seasonable. The cook even came out to us to communicate the flavor preferences which made us feel welcomed and valued. Overall 10 star experience we recommend any fishermen to take their catch here and be surprised how good they can taste!“

“I only get takeout from the buffet here and it is perfectly good. I think it's on par or better than Panda, so I like it! And a good price too! Just under $15 for a two-item meal + rice or chow mein. The servings are big, so I was able to eat that $15 meal over two meals. Service was great! They are nice people :)“

“My friend and I got the cream cheese wontons, Mongolian beef, and General Tso's chicken. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavor was delightful. Usually with deep fried chicken at Chinese restaurants, it's hit or miss, but I think they did an excellent job. I would recommend this place.“

“Though I do not live in California anymore, I just wanted to review this place because I used to come here for years with my parents. Cindy is one of the most hospitable people I have ever met in the restaurant industry. The food is excellent, well cooked and served rather quickly. The waiters are kind and we went so often that they memorized our orders LOL. I love to get Chinese and because of this, I have eaten at many places. Happy Garden has always and will always be my favorite. I hope to one day go back there and see them again!“

“The food was very good. My 8 and 14 year old ate until they had their fill. They serve family style so they are big portions for a family of 4-6 to share. We got a rice dish, noodle dish and 2 chicken with vegetables dishes but different flavors. We had to take some home.

Parking: It is behind the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: The waiter is friendly and patient. The cook is also friendly, especially when my son greeted her. Serve family style dishes.“

“My best experience at a Chinese restaurant and this was my first time there. From the gecko I was greeted in such a friendly manner and my waitress was beyond nice as well. Food great/large portion size , very fast service, private dinning.Given the fact that it was almost closing time for the restaurant and overall experience was wonderful. I will be back for sure !“

“I don't really care for the e-ordering and payment platform they utilize. If you're more traditional, cash paying customer this place is not for you. It will not work.
However, I must admit, service was very fast. Your order and it's at your table in 3 to 4 minutes. Furthermore, every dish was delicious. Every single one.
This location has changed ownership two or three times in the last 10 years. This is by far the best one yet, and it shows with the lines outside the door for tables.“

“For Scotts Valley and Santa Cruz this place is super legit. I got the soon tofu stew and it was accurate and very good. I’m comparing this restaurant with the Korean restaurants in Sunnyvale and this place holds up well. The kimchi was trash though so it would be nice if they got better quality.“

I just wish their peanut sauce was a bit thicker... the salt & pepper wings def were the hit of the night. “Panda Express – Fast, Delicious, and (Mostly) Flawless

Panda Express is hands down my favorite place for orange chicken, rice, and chow mein—quick, easy, and always satisfying. The food was great, the service was solid, and I was soaking up some sunshine by the window, enjoying my meal. Perfect setup.

However, I ran into a couple of hiccups. First, I wasn’t able to leave a tip because they only accept cash tips. I don’t carry cash (because I lose it, it’s dirty, and, let’s be real, I believe cash is evil). If they could allow customers to tip via credit or debit, I’d feel a lot better about my transactions.

Second, I tried to leave a glowing review through the Panda Express app and website, but both were riddled with errors that prevented me from doing so. They need some serious bug fixes because I actually wanted to leave a compliment, and that shouldn’t be so difficult.

On a side note, while I was sitting there, a guy named Kevin was keeping the restaurant clean, which is great—except he spent an oddly long time sweeping around me and banging the dustpan against the floor like he was sending a message. Not sure if he was mad at his boss, me, or just having a rough day, but it was a bit... distracting. I thanked him for being so loud on my way out, and he did apologize while staring at the floor—so, progress?

Overall, great food, great place. Just needs a tipping option, a functioning app, and maybe a little less passive-aggressive sweeping.
