“I was having such a grand old time at La Fe that I wanted to take a picture of my experience. I set my phone on a ledge, but my phone fell through a crack. La Fe’s STAR employee, Caleb, had to dismantle the freakin’ couch using power tools in order to retrieve my phone. It took so much work and time and I’m so grateful. Aside from the superb service, La Fe is such a perfect spot for a date or for chilling with friends because of the stylish and hip decor. I would def recommend!“

One of the reason why this is such a great place to be able to still socialize while there music and other people is cus the surround system is vintage and was personalized to be played up high over everything which makes the place more comfortable. The food was marvelous wasn't expecting a Mediterranean twist but definitely loving it gave the food a special kick to the flavors . The combination of the spices and texture made the food amazing. I tried the steak and fries 10/10 and the shrimp roll be cause I love shrimp. And I loved them both . Personally I like dillso I was ok with the shrimp roll but for my ppl that dont like to try new thing I would recommend to stay away. The drinks were delicious. I had mexican can shots and Jennifer gray . Both I highly recommend. Also a mango cart cocktail but which was delicious also but it has a habanero taste to it thats not my favorite. But still enjoyed it. Something else I learned was the mixers are made natural from all the spices or fruits . Naturally extracted with also give the drinks that extra flavor. More natural and not processes. This is definitely a place to come and enjoy with friends. There was actually a birthday being celebrated and they show movies on a roll down projector this is event worthy for people looking to host an event here.“

“My favorite neighborhood bar! Love to watch the football games here (Eagles/Lions/Bills bar), food and drinks are fantastic and not overly priced like a lot of the bars in Silverlake. Pool tables and a quiet outdoor patio in the back.

Our work Christmas party was also hosted here and the owners Matt and Trey were incredible. Great customer service from the top down!

Parking is usually pretty easy to find on the streets, but sunset is metered. Easy to catch a bus or walk to the nearby metro station too.“

Nice little outdoor patio and then an area to play games at your hearts content! Pool table inside ping-pong, table, and foosball table outside. “Did my popup there on a Saturday and it was super fun!!! The whole Verdugo team were slammed but kept it together and stayed super positive and welcoming. The clientele were very friendly and patient. Everyone was mingling and the DJ was doing pretty good. I need to go back and dance!“

“Johnny's was a great vibe all around service great, good music, cocktails are great very balanced took a date there twice and we both liked the vibe we will definately be back. I dont know why so many 1 star reviews complaning and comparing to the old way Jonhnnys bar under that management tables were filthy weird smell, bar top sticky and drinks were cheap but taste horrible. This new Johnnys is an uopgrade. I personally have even inquired to work as a bartender there because I like how balance the drinks are. I love the fact they add Amaro to an Long Island Iced Tea“

We didn’t have a reservation on a Friday night and the host went out of her way to find us a spot at the bar. Our bartender, Alexis, was excellent and made our experience 10/10. Would highly recommend when visiting LA/Silverlake if looking for an approachable wine bar with great casual atmosphere and excellent food.“
