“I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting the food to be this exceptional. And that is because sometimes chain establishments are not great. However, Camille suggested a couple of dishes for us and they did not disappoint and in fact I would’ve licked the plates if it was publicly appropriate. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy and short rib hash!!!!! Omg so delicious!! I can’t wait to come back for more!!!“

“Drink menu at the bar was decent. Wish the receipt would of been shown when they charge you at the bar. Since the drinks plus tax in my head didn’t add up. So would of been nice to know if they include a service fee to their checks. It’s a great spot in the community. Food looked great. Defiantly made me want to check it out again. Bodega sando was perfection! Pastries were alright...most looked better than they tasted. I'd say they were good but not great.“

“Lovely experience here, both the little grocer and bar/restaurant side were delightful with a warm atmosphere. All the staff members were friendly and informative on the menu. The sandwich itself was delish and I wish I lived here to try more of the menu. Appreciated the fact that this place feels like a true community center/3rd space, with regular stopping in to say hi and people coming during the day for a drink and work. They also host events, which i think is an important factor of any neighborhood bar.“

“Every time I’ve been at Black bar a very enjoyable experience, it has a wonderful selection of whiskey which I drink. They have wonderful, creative cocktails that I’ve tried and never been disappointed. The pizza is wonderful as well. Please try it. The ladies who run it are very hospitable And will bend over backwards to make your time there something to talk about. Very talented and charismatic bartenders as well.“

Starting with the welcoming staff at the entrance. John, your hospitality is the beginning of the joyful experience. The restaurant is so elegant. We enjoyed the vaulted ceilings with wood beams. We enjoyed the large window at the kitchen area so you can see the Chefs at work. We got to sit next to the impressive wine rack display. “Just went to blondies yesterday! Saturday night around 9:30 pm. It's a nice bar! More standing space than seating. There is outside seating but it was taken up when we arrived there and it didn't seem to free up by the time we left.Age range is millennials, maybe some college students.Music is a bit loud if you are trying to have a conversation, but overall its fun! They got games playing and I think you can have lil birthday gatherings there? There was a small birthday hang out when we were there which was really cute.Overall, good bar, would come back.“

Loved the outside area—it’s large enough for a good sized group and so lovely being up so high with didn’t views from each side. Definitely check this place out. Valet parking at the Fairmont Hotel as well as metered street parking and if you don’t mind walking a few blocks, you might find a free parking spot.“

“Hands down, Smog City is the best beer and customer service in Bixby. A great chill spot to hang out. All their beer tenders are amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. “The atmosphere is popping here! Excellent DJ, very welcoming people, and good vibes. The only downside is that it is a very small place for the number of people that arrive; no dance floor, only one pool table, and hard to order a drink because of the very crowded bar. However, it is a very good spot for the Black community and for anyone, of course. Everyone was so happy to be here. This was my first time visiting, and I am confident I have found a new local to hang out at.“

“Anarchy Library has a cool rock vibe. The cover is only $5 and drinks are cheap. The music is good. But it is very crowded with no space to dance. The men's bathroom needs more urinals and dividers. It is not enough for the crowd. Good prices but the space and bathroom need work.“

“Enjoyable atmosphere, tasty pizza and friendly staff. A little concerned over consistency in the kitchen, however. A few weeks ago I ordered a Caesar salad and was blown away by the quality, especially the dressing.

Ordered the same salad on my next visit and it was awful. By the time I got to the bottom of the bowl the lettuce left behind was soaking in a soupy nearly flavorless dressing that did not come close to what I experienced the first time. Probably gonna stick to the slices here for food.“

“Drinks are good and vibes are good. Gets packed on Fridays and Saturdays but still is a good bar for the area. Tee is a great bartender, very friendly and she makes good drinks and nice to talk to. The one thing I don’t like about this bar is that despite its cool heavy metal, goth Game of Thrones-esque design, there is not enough heavy metal playing. Still, pretty cool bar but please play more metal or at least classic Rock.“
