“Christmas. It ls one of the busiest days of the year. The line is long, and people aren't in a great mood. But a HUGE Thank You to the staff here. I'm sorry they had to work, but I'm so grateful they did. The wait, in my opinion, wasn't long at all. Especially with this specific location always being busy, the staff here are amazing. “i work in the surrounding area and i was having a really rough start to my morningi went into this ralph’s and go to the starbucks kiosk just like every morning and the woman working there was the absolute sweetest. she asked basic convo questions but she was super genuine , i wish i caught her namei see her all the time, she made my day much more doable. <3“

“The staff is always friendly. I love the chai latte hot with soy and eight pumps of chai. The drinks and food I do have to say are pretty expensive now. I used to go every day but now I go maybe once a month when I’m running errands. Sometimes the drive-through is quick and sometimes you wait 20 minutes in your car.“
