“Worked in mall so this is my regular go-to place. Eat here at least twice a week. Food is good and fresh. Service is good. Many stores staff eat here regularly too. So I don’t understand how did other reviewer saying get sick from this store. I will still eat here, and while I’m waiting for the food, I heard other customers came to compliment the food is good too.“

“I love this restaurant. Today i was feeling under the weather and my order had special instructions. Tiffany took my order and when i received it. Everything was perfect. I ordered green curry with beef. I upgraded to coconut rice. It was something i will get again. Taro Egg rolls are so tasty and green tea with lime calmed my stomache.I immediately feel better. Pick up was super easy--they had set up tables with lots of space in between orders and room for social distancing. And you should have seen the size of the bottle of hand sanitizer available for anyone to use! Let's support our local businesses and keep Blue Mango going!“

“This restaurant catered the recent fund raiser for the Cupertino Historical society and the food WAS TO DIE FOR! The best food I’ve ever had at such an event. Standouts were the pineapple rice, the vegetable pastries the chicken satay the pad Thai and cooked chicken on a skewer the desserts were great too - little candied strawberries and tiny slices of an amazing cake. We are staff and we were just swooning over the tastes of everything. I want to take my mom to the restaurant now“

This time, I explored a few different items with a colleague and again, they were fair but doesn't quite match up to what you’d find at some of the more well-known Thai spots in the Bay Area.

I have tried Pad See Ew at many Thai restaurants in the area and I would say this is the best in town. However, I ordered medium spicy and it came out spicer than I expected. So be mindful about that.

“Laksana Thai is a pleasant surprise! I went here for lunch with my supervisor and a coworker since it’s close to work. And it didn’t disappoint!

Laksana Thai is located next to Curry Me Up and across from Starbucks. There are parking spaces right in front and plenty of free street parkings.

We love that there is a nice outdoor seating area which looks upscale. However, we agreed as a group to sit inside instead.

Wow, the inside surprised us! It looked super fancy with elegant and gigantic gold chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The inside was even more upscale than the outside!

We were quickly seated, presented the menus and offered water. Our orders were promptly taken as well. We decided on Pad See Ew, Massaman Curry and Larb with chicken to share.

Our food took a while to come out due to back orders from a large group before us. The staff was polite, kept informing us about the status and apologized for the delay which I appreciated.

The food was okay with nice portion size. I especially enjoyed the refreshing taste of the Larb with chicken.

A lovely experience in general. I’ll make sure to come back here to try their other dishes.“

“Papaya Thai is a Bay Area treasure. My wife and I stumbled upon it while looking for a good place to have lunch after running an errand in Newark. We had Lamb Yellow Curry Stew and Pad Thai with Shrimp. The lamb was perfectly cooked in a rich yellow curry with potatoes and carrots. The meat was as tender as you can possibly imagine. The Pad Thai was mixed with a sweet sauce that was slightly sticky, which I like so the noodles adhere to each other. I don’t know if this is traditional, but really like Pad Thai like that.“

Lots of piping hot food, well plated and served by a sweet hostess. If not for the inside run down decor, this restaurant is worth every penny. Like they say, don’t judge a book by it’s cover…food here tastes pretty awesome if you come in hungry!“
