We didn't know it was in a food court, but I have to say that the food was quicker and tastier than the Irvine location. The service was also better. I don't know how they're doing it at this location, but everything seems much more streamlined than in Irvine; they should really keep it up.“

“The food is always good. Service was a bit lax and did not seem to care about the atmosphere. The place was dirty, with spills on the floor and trash overflowing. It was late and filled with teens and college students but wasn't like there usual.“

“My husband and I came in on a Wednesday around 1pm to avoid the lunch rush. We ordered the original hainan chicken, hat yai chicken, and popcorn chicken. Order came out within 10 minutes. Everything was delicious, definitely enjoyed it best with the KMG sauce and the habanero which had a nice kick. The popcorn chicken was surprisingly very flavorful in the best way. It’s a unique flavor and unlike other popcorn chickens I’ve had. It tasted good with and without the sauce it came with and will definitely be something I’d crave and come back for. 11/10 :)“

Isabel is the manager and we must say that we've had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time we've come here. One time, we were shorted during our drive-through order and we called her, and she immediately took care of it and then some! This evening we were back again and she was so kind to tell us all about their specials and to give us a coupon. She is so professional, courteous, and welcoming! The service was amazing by the staff. I ordered the family box and it was around $50 for 10 tenders and 2 sides which is a crazy deal. I honestly never leave reviews but this place deserved it.“

“Was in the Irvine area and searched for fried chicken. Found this place, the food was amazing. Korean chicken at its best. We tried the fire fury chicken which was like super spicy but very tasty. The chicken katsu meal and the boneless chicken meal box was also amazing. The sides served were potato salad, pickles, pickled radish, jalapenos, a brownie, and a nice cabbage bed with sauces. Absolutely delicious. The location only has a few tables, restrooms were really clean, plenty of parking available.“

It was very good experience four stars. The only thing that was kind of difficult was the drive-through. It was very hard to get into it and get out from all the people crossing the road but other than that very good.

Sitting on the toilet (admittedly as a broader broad) feels like you're waiting for suntea in granny's rocker on the porch. Needs a new flange and to be remounted at the minimum.

So as to avoid having to do it again sooner, rather than later, consider the repiping.

Of note the manager seemed like this is one of his biggest stressers... trying to get his bosses to agree to the job, while trying to still assuage customers who go through the experience.“

“This location is usually well run. The younger staff seem a little distracted, I had to wait for my order longer than expected. I actually watched them bag my order because it wasn't busy at the time and when they were done they didn't call my name, it just sat there for a few minutes while they served someone else. But they got to it eventually so all is well that ends well.“
