“Got Starbucks today with their passion ice tea as a refreshing drink and then ordered a few other items for later. My wife wanted a cappuccino and I got a cafe misto. The drinks are always fantastic. We also picked up a few of their snowman ⛄️ holiday cookies which are dangerously good. Excellent customer service. Chill ambiance.

“Absolutely amazing service couldn’t be happier with the customer service. I went on December 31, 2023 at 10 AM, and the wonderful woman with the blonde hair was the absolute sweetest and most kindest person I have ever met in customer service, and she deserves a raise. I was in such a rush that I didn’t get her name. That’s why I included the date and the time because she was absolutely wonderful and I was very satisfied when I left.“
“Great company, Starbucks coffee is one of the best here. Service was awesome, friendly staff. Looks great around the place, wooden tables. The drinks here are the normal casual Starbucks. Nothing too special, first time trying Starbucks in LA. At least, reviewing one. Overall great place, would 100% agree best Starbucks in Los Angeles, California. I say, it’s been a long time single I’ve came to Starbucks. The food itself also looks tasty, it is freshly made every day.
Vegetarian options: I mean, coffee is vegetarian. Nothing is non vegetarian that I see.
Dietary restrictions: Has a disclaimer for snacks saying “ 3 items have nuts or other allergic materials.”
Parking: Had many parking lots outside. Decent
Kid-friendliness: Well, they have cake pops and items that are good for kids. Don’t give them caffeine.
Wheelchair accessibility: Well, I can’t say much about wheel chair accessibility, but it’s normal doors. Friendly staff to assist you.“
“My wife wanted Starbucks this morning so we ventured to our favorite store. My wife had her favorite Cappuccino and I had the dark roast coffee with the sausage and egg sandwich. The customer service is always superb and the ambiance somewhat soothing.
You can't go wrong when you seek a craving at your local Starbucks establishment.

During a recent visit, I accidentally spilled my coffee in my car. Without hesitation, Trevor immediately stepped in to help. He was kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic—even though the accident was my own. He personally helped me clean the spill in my car and promptly replaced my drink. His willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on me.

The minute you walk in the door. Nothing but good vibes, friendly and personable. Every barista was personable with their customers. Sorry, I did not get the guys' and ladies' names. Excellent vibes and customer service. I did a mobile order and went to the wrong location. They said no problem. They are awesome .Thank you“
“I’m having to edit my original review after watching this location go drastically downhill over the last few years. This store struggles with loss prevention and takes it out on their customers. The manager who sits in her back office with a tan hoodie with a white collar (not uniform) does not encourage her team to be friendly and actively promotes aggression towards the clientele. They chastised me for the way I ordered my drink and accused me of trying to under pay for my drink, but when I returned to my regular Starbucks they let me know I actually over pay for a latte (shaken espresso costs more.) It wasn’t about the money to me, but it clearly is for them so I’ll be taking my business to any other location“
“Christian was alone towards closing and killing it with the long line and many drinks having to be made. Still communicated to the next customer that he was handling one more drink and would be right with them. All with an amazing attitude!!!! And making the drinks in an amazing time manner while not rushing! ALL ALONE!!“
