“Good food with good service“

“Once a vacation I need a bowl of pho and I do some research to find the best in town. After a few online recommendations I decided on Pho Bac and am so happy I stumbled on this gem. I knew the moment I saw the pho broth I made the right choice! The bok choy chicken and kung pao chicken were big hits with my family who opted not to get the pho.“

“We had a group of 7 and that is about their maximum. The servers were very attentive. The portion sizes were large. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I had Pho and the broth could have been a bit more flavorful. It was overall an enjoyable experience. We arrived at 5 and at first there were mostly take out orders, but the tables were full by the time we left on this Monday night.“

“Ordered Pad Kapao. Lady was friendly taking my order. Took about 10 minutes. Food was fresh and still hot when I got home. Food was fragrant and really good. Got a side of Sriracha and chili paste which was spicy so that was a plus. Very enjoyable experience. Will be returning. I didn't eat a small amount before taking my picture but the portions were good for the price. Limited seating so I would do Togo. If you have to eat there, there was two chairs and a small table. Location is at a Chevron gas station so convenient if you want to order, gas up and pick up the food.“

“I ordered the orange chicken, pork chow mein, and pork fried rice with a eggroll. It was very delicious, the orange chicken was cooked perfectly, it had a very nice crust, not too oily and the chicken inside was moist and delicious. The pork chow mein noodles were cooked very good, done just the way it should be. Seasoned very good, and not mushy at all. The rice was normal, yet still delicious. The eggroll was normal. Over all it was a very decent meal and I enjoyed it. It smelled clean and looked clean, I will definitely be coming back and I encourage you to give this spot a try. You want be disappointed!“

“Amazing food and staff!!! The food was so good and what’s even better is that they added more items to their menu. They are open to suggestions for their menu and actually listen to their customers needs. Best place to go for pho in Modesto!!“

“First time visit for us last night. Had a fantastic musical 1-man act up front. The space is sort of divided in two but it’s open enough to where you still feel part of the story. A dozen taps with very local and fresh beers. I consider myself “in the know” in this category and was really impressed. The food- first of all, I couldn’t decide on which of about 6-7 things I wanted to try. I decided on the “Elevated bacon sandwich” with onion rings and was very pleased. My wife got the Birria Ramen, and the kiddo got chicken tenders and fries. I tried all of em, and was the most impressed with the ramen. It was my first time trying any sort of ramen and decided to do so strictly off the smell and appearance (hint: both fantastic!)

I can’t wait to go back. DT Riverbank is a better place with this restaurant here. I just hate that it’s taken me this long to discover it.“

“This sushi restaurant is high quality! I ordered the seaweed salad and it had just the right amount of texture and flavor. The gyōza was good but the dipping sauce saved it. I got the golden dragon roll and I was pleasantly surprised. The fish was fresh and the spicy mayo was tangy. The fried squid was chewy but crispy.“

“Oakdale, if you haven't tried this place yet you are missing out!! Who would have guessed that there would be really good Vietnamese food in Oakdale?!?! This place is a little hole in the wall, nothing fancy, but the food is great and the people are nice. Go there now.“
