“This was a pit stop on the way to the Bay Area from Palm Springs. I’m a veggie and so it was great to see good choices of tacos - potato, cauliflower and brusel sprout here. They were all delicious and of the highest quality but the brussels were a standout. Definitely worth a detour off the freeway!! Service was also the best.“
“Phenomenal food and amazing service!! Ivan was so kind and generous and he made our first time there a really great one. They don't skimp on the meat and the consome is the best! The birria burrito was my favorite and we'll definitely be back for more!“
“Been here twice and will continue coming. Tried their Al pastor Burrito the first time with black beans No rice and there red Salsa, it was really tasty, a lot of meat and they are big. Second time it was 1 crispy fish and 1 shrimp taco which is combo #1, good amount of both shrimp and fish, not over cooked taste was delicious and fries nice and crunchy. You must try the Baja Berry agua fresca it's the best! Service is great specially Michelle at the register. There's plenty of tables to dine in, I've gone at lunch hour 12:30-1pm and it's not too busy.Overall a great place to stop by for a bite!“
“I was planning on taking my kid and I to get food at the Monrovia Street Fair, but I was greeted by Desi and Catalina on the way there. They were so friendly and told me about the deals of the day. There was something so sweet about their disposition. I told them we'd come back after checking out the street fair.We were planning on looking for food at the street fair, but -- legit, Desi and Catalina's positive energy were stuck in my head. I was thinking, omg, there is something so positive about these guys. They were also so kind to my 4 year old, who is super shy. They looked at him and told him the deals, which I appreciate cuz he is so picky about going to places. So, the fact that my son allowed us to come back and sit inside speaks volumes. The food is good! I love the carnitas. They have such a great deal - unlimited tacos deal!Parking: tons nearby for freeService: amazing! They make me want to come back! I told a bunch of friends about this place!!Overall: I really like this place!“
“Service was good... Didn't take too long, there was customers ahead of me. The beans have flavor but super dry!!! I brought my food home and combined the rice and beans added some cheese and water to bring back life. Salsa good. Price is comparable for the items. $15 for 3 big tacos and rice/beans. Ask for quacamole ... I spent 30 on 2 plates.“
“I used to go to their Duarte location, but this one is closer and more convenient for me. It's located on Huntington Dr. across from Chase. This is a smaller location, but they do have a parking lot. I did not dine in, I ordered 7 fish tacos to go. The young lady taking my order was really nice. My order was ready in less than 10 min. I am disappointed because they no longer have the yellow peppers. Now they have seasoned jalapeños. I asked the young lady taking my order, and she said they only have those. They were good, but fish tacos do not taste the same with jalapeños. The tacos were cold (did not taste all that great), which is weird because I always get them to go, and they're always warm when I get home. Next time, I'll double-check before I leave the restaurant to make sure they're warm. Also, the cebolla curtida is a must try! Make sure you get some. It's really good.“
“Horchata is one of the best I've had! They are very friendly and have fast service. Quesadilla was mediocre. Tacos aren't too bad. Burrito is pretty FULL it can feed two people. Asada fries are pretty good. Ambiance is very casual!“
“We are visiting from Chicago and found this gem on instagram and we just had to check it out. If you love chilaquiles then this is the place to visit. From the food to the drinks and the service they really made you feel welcome and at home. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back when we come back to California.“
