If I was on death row my last meal request would be the taquitos. I dream about them. Im being serious. Go here. Get taquitos. And then think to yourself wow I wish I had gotten these taquitos earlier in my life, how much taquito-ing have I missed out on by not getting these more often!??!! Also the workers are really nice and it's a small business and you already know about supporting small businesses. Forreal.“

“Fish was fresh and flavors were great. Love that they separate the warm rice from the cold poke when you get it to go. The only thing I’d say is beware if you add cucumber: my poke container had a lot of liquid at the bottom from the cucumber salad, which created a bit of an unpleasant texture to the rest of the ingredients that were also at the bottom of the container. But overall, I really enjoyed it!“

My husband and I tried it at home and it was spectacular! Came back today and they were so generous in the quantity. I could say the best poke place I’ve eaten! “My experience with the Pokeball was great the only thing that was missing was Ginger for my salad I didn't ask for any but I would have assumed that they would give me at least one to two small packages to go.

Service West okay did they didn't acknowledge me as soon as I got in but it looked like they were a bit busy my visit was about 15 minutes and I took my food to go.

“Awesome first experience! The traffic on Eastern had me turn into this food court. I've been to the green olive but decided for the Benton box at Poki N Roll. The tempura was lightly breaded and crispy. The portion of chicken and rice was very generous and I liked that the chop the chicken. Paola was very warm and welcoming. “Ok, this spot definitly hits the mark for Chinese fast food. The chow mein is delicious and fried rice is fluffy. They have regular and spicy Orange Chicken options, which I really appreciate since I don't like it too spicy. The Orange Chicken was a bit chewy and I do prefer more crunch on the breading. Flavor was good though. I really enjoyed the Black Pepper Chicken here vs anywhere else I've been. That dish was seasoned perfectly and the chicken was juicy.

The only complaint I have was the staff member I interacted with was slightly rude and stingy with the teriyaki sauce til I asked again for more. I let her know it was my first time there and my bf had sent me since he liked their food. She did not automatically give chopsticks like most do, I had to ask her where they were and she acted like I should already know. Then I asked for teriyaki and she gave me one lil container, even though I'd ordered 2 meals.
I had to go back inside after I'd gone to my car. Asked her for another and she literally rolled her eyes at me, then gave me 2 more more forcefully than she needed to, like I had annoyed her.

I guess they can treat customers like they're an inconvenience because their food is so good. I was nothing but cordial with her btw. I will be back for the food regardless.“

“I came here during a week day, I accidentally dropped my home lunch 😅 so I walked it to this place nearby the job. The cashier girl was polite, I ordered a spam musubi and Katsu bowl. I was surprised at how cheap it was for a Hawaiian food place and the food was delicious. I loved how the katsu chicken was crispy and well cooked. I’d definitely come back.“

The staff were incredibly helpful and Richard really helped explain to me how the process worked and help me figure out the best thing to get! “Well, to be honest I went to pick up a meal for someone. I tried so hard to find the building but could not. I drove around a lot, then I notice a food vehicle. I saw the name of the company I was told to go to, so I jumped out and ran over to a man close to it, and he notified me that the food service vehicle he was in was where I was to pick up the food I was there to pick up for their customer. He was so very, very helpful to me that I was thankful to have stopped at the right place. I must say that the person I told I would pick it up for loved and enjoyed the food a lot. I weil suggest “easy rice” for less rice and the chicken/spam were cooked/sauced perfectly.I’d definitely come back and try their other menu items.“

The food is like back home and I eat at a lot of restaurants back home in Hawaii, and ate in multiple restaurants in different countries, and the mainland.

“If you plan on wanting to eat at home, definitely order ahead..Wait for Pupusas is usually about 20 minutes. The people there are very nice, they have reasonable prices, and I feel like they are consistent with the quality of their food( at least for the last 5 years that I've been going).. my go tos are usually Pupusas de queso con jalapeño and bean and cheese, oh and the loroco ones. Plus an order of yucca frita with chicharron.“
