We were early, It was an hour before they opened, and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner Ralph. He spoke to us briefly and was so kind to answer our ice cream questions. We shared our joys of eating ice cream, discussed the different ice cream variations sold. I loved hearing that he supports our local Oxnard strawberry growers. He was so kind he gave us a a free pint of Rocky Road ice cream to sample.The Rocky Road was creamy, with generous amounts of marshmallows and almonds. It was so good! Now that’s Stellar Customer Service! We had to run some errands, and returned once they were open to buy some more. Overall it was a great experience with Ralph and his staff!“

“It was a wonderful experience that let us try a few flavors. I've never had gelato. It was delectable. I went with the Elvis, the peanut butter chocolate and the lemon sorbetto It was great. The lemon reminded me of my childhood where you get the frozen lemonade in a cup and eat it with the popsicle stick. They even had board games you and a friend can enjoy. It was a great time“

I have had several different breakfast dishes here, the most recent being the Conejo Loco Bowl. I ordered it minus the Everything Seasoning. It was quite yummy, but next time I will order it without the cheese. There may have been a half a cup of cheese or more over the whole top of it, making it difficult to see what was under the cheese.. I ended up taking many bites of only cheese and potatoes for quite a while before I found the sausage and eggs.

“I stumbled upon La Michoacana Plus while walking past a Sushi Restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to find a huge selection of ice cream flavors. I decided to try the Cookie Monster flavor, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was also exceptional. The employees were incredibly friendly and generous, offering samples to everyone. They even loaded the cups up past the brim! I ordered a small expecting just one small scoop, but they kept adding more and more until it was somewhat past the top. This was awesome value for $5.
