“Nice place but... We visited this beautiful restaurant on July 30th For drinks and appetizers. We sat outside on the patio and it was lovely, the food was delicious and the wine very enjoyable. We recognized that we were seated at the table for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours so we continued to order appetizers and dessert while we were enjoying our wine and we also planned on leaving a generous tip. Toward the end of our stay as we were ordering our final glass of wine and dessert and were told by the waitress that she could not serve us anymore alcohol and and it has something to do with the ABC but she could not explain exactly what the issue was. Being in my 60's and never being denied service in my entire life, I was quite taken aback. We were served the dessert but no more alcohol. We paid our bill and walked down the street to another establishment where we continued to have our final glass of wine and watch the sunset and then walk back to the hotel. I'm still baffled by what occurred.“

“Has a beautiful view of the bay. Went to try the chowder everyone raves about. The clam chowder was rich and creamy and so good. My husband tried the roasted red pepper soup which was good as well. I had the baja fish tacos. Huge amount of food and very good. My husband had the ribs. They were ok. The cole slaw just not so good. Alot of french fries and they were good. The bread served with the soup and ribs was so very good, great flavor. Disappointed because when the soup was brought out, the server told us the rest of our order was ditting under a heat light until we were ready. We actually had to call the restaurant to have the server bring thre rest of our food. So while the food was decent, the service could be improved. May go back for the chowder and to try a burger.“

“We ate brunch on the sidewalk with our pup! Tofu scrambled had potatoes and a great sauce with homemade tortillas! Jack fruit tacos and tempeh Reuben were also excellent- husband says tempeh was “buttery” and great texture! Highly recommend“

“I've eaten here several times here and each time the food blows my mind. It's hard to go wrong with dishes like poke, beef bulgogi, and ramen, but each one has some unique twist to it that dials the flavors to the max while staying true to the spirit of the dish. Each of them uses some sort of lightly pickled vegetable to balance and enhance the umami in the dish. Even the rice is delicious- it doesn't just passively soak up flavors in the background, it's lightly flavored itself and has the perfect chewy texture.
For a truly unique experience I recommend the Bay Burrata salad. I've never tasted anything that combined creamy, earthy, and fresh flavors together in exactly that way but it works incredibly well. The truffle Burrata with beets, fennel, and pickled sweet corn makes the perfect fresh dish for a sunny day.“

“Stopped in here a few days ago based on a recommendation from a friend. We tried ice cream on the first night & a chocolate muffin & strawberry pop over the second. All of it was great! Great service, great atmosphere. Plenty of parking. I hear the homemade healthy dog treats are very popular, although we did not try any. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.“

“We’ve been going to Hofbrau for over 20 years. Just had one of the best meals ever there today. Sat outside on the new glass enclosed deck over the water. Amazing view. Beautiful day. Had the best, tender and flavorful roast beef sandwich- a jailhouse (roast beef, pastrami & provolone - a Reuben and calamari strips. It was all perfect!“

“All the staff in the restaurant are great. Bar is wonderful and bartender is super friendly. The dinner items that we ordered:
Nachos - no flavor at all. Could have used salsa and seasoning on the ground meat.
Steak and fries - great flavor if they eased up on the garlic. The cut of meat was not correct for that dish. It was way too chewy. I would have used a skirt steak, medium cooked.
Mac n cheese - no flavor and really soupy. So bland!!!
Breakfast burritos - ask for the potatoes on the side not in the burrito. The chunks are way too big. Flavor was great. Could have used some beans in it.
Biscuits and gravy - really great dish! Seasoned well and the biscuit were buttery. I got the fried chicken on the side. Good crust. Nice flavor. Too thin so it was a little dry. I probably would have preferred the sausage.“

“I can just say WOW! What amazing service! Also the food was so tasty and delicious.
We came in Saturday night and Noel helped us. She was fantastic and it was busy. But she was still so attentive. The rock n roll fish tacos were out of this world!
We came back Sunday morning and boy oh boy! The food and service again was so awesome. Kathy helped us and she was already like a sister. She and Noel have fantastic personalities. So welcoming and great. Breakfast broccoli frittata was the best I’ve ever had! Did I mention the home grown coffee? Wow!
Hands down- we will be back when we’re in town. This made out little weekend trip with our parents, unforgettable. They are elderly now and my mom even started crying with so much happiness. Thank you Kicker’s!!

“The seafood pasta was so good. I wasn't expecting it to be like a soup, but I have zero complaints. Copious amounts of clams, shrimp, and fish. The noodles were perfectly cooked. It was fantastic. Service was very good as well. Welcoming and warm atmosphere. Waitress was very attentive and nice. Dined in the evening of the 12th of Sep.“
