“I enjoyed the food and service. This was my second time and we ordered different items each time. Not disappointed at all! My review is mainly because of their courtesy. We had lost our keys and called them enquiring about it. They called up their servers from the previous night and actually called to let us know that they didn’t have it!!!! How nice is that! Our server Mark went above and beyond throughout our entire visit - his thoughtful food recommendations were spot-on, his attentive service never felt intrusive, and he even took care of arranging our to-go boxes without us having to ask. It's rare to find someone who anticipates your needs so well while maintaining such a genuine, friendly demeanor. Mark's outstanding service elevated what was already a great meal into a memorable dining experience.

“This restaurant catered the recent fund raiser for the Cupertino Historical society and the food WAS TO DIE FOR! The best food I’ve ever had at such an event. Standouts were the pineapple rice, the vegetable pastries the chicken satay the pad Thai and cooked chicken on a skewer the desserts were great too - little candied strawberries and tiny slices of an amazing cake. We are staff and we were just swooning over the tastes of everything. I want to take my mom to the restaurant now“

“My wife has zero spice tolerance, and she would still ask to eat here because we like it so much.

One thing I like here is that they have pretty good options for eating a bit healthier. All the dishes have a good amount of vegetables, you can get sides of vegetables, and there's an option to get brown rice.

Otherwise, everything is pretty reasonably priced, tasty, and more than enough to fill you up. The Khao Soi is our go-to, and the pad kee mao and basil fried rice are both great.“

“I've been going here every so often for the past few years. From curry to pad thai, this family-owned restaurant hits just about every mark of a great Thai restaurant. A highlight and necessity, their Tom Yum is the best I've had.

The only criticism I have is that the building can get a little warm on +100° days, so hydrate and dress accordingly.“

Some of our must-haves: the garlic prawns (so flavorful!), Tom Kha soup (perfectly tangy and comforting), imperial rolls (crispy and fresh), chicken satay with that amazing peanut sauce, and of course, pad Thai—always spot on. We also love the papaya salad for something bright and refreshing, and the grilled pork is tender and full of flavor.

And don’t skip dessert! The dessert platter with fresh mango, sticky rice, crispy roti, and coconut ice cream is an absolute dream.

Hot n sour vegetarian soup, kumpao tofu, Singapore noddle were very well made. Would love to try other vegetarian options next time - eggplant, Tom kha soup and spring rolls. Even the spicy sauce is nicely done a bit sour goes well with all dishes and even plain jasmine rice.

“Went there for the first time during lunch time. It wasn't at all crowded. Even though there was only one server, she was very nice and attentive.

I have tried Pad See Ew at many Thai restaurants in the area and I would say this is the best in town. However, I ordered medium spicy and it came out spicer than I expected. So be mindful about that.

“This is probably one of my new favorite thai places in the bay area! I went here with a friend and an acquaintance, and left with two and a half friends! There is both indoor and outdoors seating, and the servers are so friendly and nice. He overheard us discussing what to get and recommended the Pumpkin Curry and told us it’s definitely sharing size. We decided to get it and omg. I’m usually a pad see ew girlie but maybe I should convert. The pumpkin was so soft and sweet, and the portion size was MASSIVE. 🎃

“Papaya Thai is a Bay Area treasure. My wife and I stumbled upon it while looking for a good place to have lunch after running an errand in Newark. We had Lamb Yellow Curry Stew and Pad Thai with Shrimp. The lamb was perfectly cooked in a rich yellow curry with potatoes and carrots. The meat was as tender as you can possibly imagine. The Pad Thai was mixed with a sweet sauce that was slightly sticky, which I like so the noodles adhere to each other. I don’t know if this is traditional, but really like Pad Thai like that.“
