“Subway is never my first choice, but it's on base and convenient. Went in today around 5pm to grab a sub after work and the girl behind the counter was super nice and quick. You may not be excited about the food, but their employees are always very nice and helpful!“

“Been going to this Carl's Jr. (411 Reino) since it opened, and have usually had good experiences, but I don't think it's ever been better than now (Spring 2025).

Been loving the quality of the food I've been getting here lately. Getting those guacamole bacons, that red hook fish sandwich, everything was always well-made and delicious. Every employee I've interacted with here, at the drive-thru or at the counter, has been super friendly and patient with me, even when I fumble around trying to use the app. They never leave anything out of my order, or skimp on anything. Plus, the dining area is always nice and clean.

She was unable to correct the problem but would bring it to the attention of the manager. There has been no response even after contacting the customer service department. The email and conversation are chat bots. The meal was very disappointing. $18 lost. The complaint was passed back to the store management, but there has been no response.“

“It was my birthday and the carls jr app sent me a gift. When I got to the location it wouldn't work and could not use my reward. Needless to say the staff there was so polite and nice. “American sandwich is a good break from hamburgers.
Unfortunately this evening they closed indoor ordering at 8 pm and their drive through is too small for midsized autos so I had to go elsewhere. The turn is too tight when leaving the pickup window to get out and many cars hit their fenders on the wall. I'm not about to in my car or truck.“

You’re telling me a bean & cheese burrito is $2 now??? They were less than a buck just 9 years ago. Also I’m annoyed that yall removed the epic breakfast burrito!! Bring it back. Btw insider information, back in 2020, when they got rid of the value burrito (~.89 at the time) they also decreased the regular bean and cheese burrito proportions. They had rolled out new tortillas that were in fact smaller than what they were! They also decreased bean portion by changing it from 2 scoops of the green ladle to one of the yellow. “The food was freshly made and carefully prepared. They got my exact modifications right and it was so delicious that it makes me want to come back tomorrow. The manager Liz was so welcoming and friendly when I arrived and the server named Jazmin was so attentive to what I needed. This is the friendliest Carl’s Jr or fast food restaurant I’ve been too. “Every time I go here I always get good quality food and it is always made how I ordered it. I think in the past 5 years going here I've only ever had my order wrong a handful of times. Seriously impressive. Those new cantina tacos are really freaking good too. Idk if taco bells everywhere are this good nowadays but this one has had such a increase in quality over the years. Taco bell used to be my least favorite fast food place next to burger king, but now it's consistantly one of my first choices for fast food, next to in n out and McDonald's. I used to hate taco bell but everything has just gotten so much better over the years, even if they do remove some stuff I really like every so often.“

I recently visited Baja Fresh in Camarillo, and it has become my go-to spot for meeting clients halfway between LA and my new home in Ojai. “I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell specifically for months and drive a little farther for multiple reasons. The manager, Javier, does an excellent job with this store! His customer service is top notch and you can tell he teaches his employees to try to hold that standard. The restaurant and grounds are always clean, and I see Javier setting the example by cleaning outside and doing the work that some may not enjoy as much, but he is willing to do it and does it well. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his restaurant! The food is always good, tasty, looks good (not all slopped together), and I never have stomach etc. problems from the food, the service is also quick, and the employees have a sense of humor with my lame jokes, haha! Also, I’ve very rarely heard them say they are out of something. And unlike another Taco Bell closer to me, when I make a custom order, they get it right almost every time. If more Taco Bells followed what Javier and his team are doing with this restaurant from top to bottom, you’d see even more customer satisfaction, boost morale for more employees, and increase profits! I am in management myself and I say give them raises and a bonus!“

“I usually find myself there during late night, as it's one of the (if not, pretty much THE) only places open 24 hours, so it'd be difficult to judge the inside atmosphere these days. Atmosphere of the drive-hru at night, though? Yeah, at worst, you'll see the enterage of drunken friends, nithing major; nothing bad.

The service is always awesome. The late night workers have always been really cool to me throughout the years, and I don't think I've ever had a bad or upsetting instance with any one of them.

The food is always what you want; never TOO much of anything (greasy or condiment overload), and never not enough that I can remember. Worst that's happened to me is I've gotten extra food lol if that happens, I recommend seeing if it belongs to those behind you; most of the time, it won't.“
