“Don't let the parking lot fool you- this place is AWESOME inside!

They have a LARGE selection of ingredients to choose from for your hot pot as well as fruit, cake and freshly made ice cream for dessert. Drinks are included in the buffet price.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and explain things well. This was important for us as we had never been to a hot pot place before so we had no idea what to do😂.

They are open 7 days a week with lunch and dinner buffet. Call for hours and prices. We had lunch on a monday and before tip for 2 of us it was $44.95.

“We came early evening and enjoyed our food. I went with tofu and veggies, and my friend got steak and chicken. We also got a radish roll and a Philly roll. The food was very enjoyable, though the bite of steak I took from my friend's plate felt a little dry. As we kept eating, they turned away a few people, and we leaned they had run out of sushi rice when we asked to order a couple of rolls to take home. This was surprising because they would still be open for several hours. We ran out of tea and had to wait longer than expected to get someone's attention to pay our bill. They were quite friendly, and I would consider going back if I was craving a hearty dose of dietary fiber again as I really did enjoy my own plate.“

“The food was authentic and fresh. We ordered baingan bharta and dal makhani. The best we had since last 3 decades. The Tava roti was so soft. Lachcha paratha was perfect. To top it all the best customer service. Kudos for doing an excellent job from front to back of the restaurant!“

“We hired Tayyibaat to cater for my son's wedding and it was a home run. I don't recall being at a wedding feeding 150+ people where people go out of their way to comment how good the food was. That was our experience. I don't think you can get this level of quality and flavor for a large event without adding an extra 5k to the price tag. Literally everything they served was a hit from the meat, to the sauces, to even the classic Afghan salad with diced up onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Be sure to get the eggplant as well.“

“My go to place to sit and have a great lunch when at work. Always full and happy when leaving. Staff is pleasant and portions are plentiful. This is the only Halal Mexican place I’ve been. If you’re dying for some pork you’ll need to go elsewhere.“

“Honestly I didn't know what to expect Fremont has been lacking some good food and service. We came in, and it was nice and clean. The guy at the register was extremely nice and very helpful. Now the best part, we got the fusion Burger and combination plate. It was really good and will definitely come back. It's a little pricey but the food is worth it.“

The food was very good and did not disappoint, and it is halal. The place itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. There was also a prayer room. So it's very muslim friendly.“

“We are from Connecticut, and during a recent trip to the Bay Area, we had the extreme good fortune to try the Afghan Awasana Kabob House. Oh my ... what an experience! The food was superb … an epicurean delight, but also plentiful, and very reasonably priced. The qabuli palow - a lamb shank dish was a standout, and the squash bolani - a stuffed flatbread was out of this world. The owner was very friendly during dinner, only to be surpassed by what happened after our dinner. Upon leaving, our car would not start. The owner offered to jump start our car. When that did not work, he offered us a ride back to the house where we were staying ... which we gratefully accepted. On the way, while we were thanking him profusely, he indicated that this was not an imposition as he routinely gave rides to his workers. I was moved to tears with his generosity. The Afghan Awasana Kabob House stimulated my palate, satiated my appetite, and above all, nourished my soul with renewed faith in the kindness of humanity. A truly memorable evening that will not soon be forgotten.“

“While being a small restaurant (it's pretty much a kitchen only with outdoor seatings), the food is absolutely delicious! Arguably the best chicken Tikka masala I have had in San Jose. I have brought some of my friends here and even they had nothing but great reviews for this place.

Update: I can strongly say that the chicken tikka masala, chicken boti sizzler, and mango lassi at Zareen's are god-tier. I have taken many people (both Indians and non-Indians) and so far, I dont think I have met anyone yet who disagrees with me on this. It's soo good that one of my friends, who wasn't a fan of Indian food, got converted and loved Zareen's. I cant stress this enough, you need to go eat at this place when you get a chance.“

“Came here with family for the first time when we were in the area. It was a very neat and tidy place from the inside. Parking is available as a part of the strip mall so it was easy to find and there are plenty of options. Even though I did a reservation there was no wait so we could get a table easily.

The food was decent too… we ordered the pad Thai, pepper chicken, the fried rice, some fresh coconut water that comes in a coconut. My kid liked the fried rice. I am happy to come back again sometime here for Burmese food“

“I have been going to this place for years. It's cool that they have the SF location but it is a nightmare to get parking. This location is easy access and has plenty of parking. The food is amazing in which I have had the Philly cheesesteak, firecracker, zesty chicken, and the bullseye. All of these item taste really good and fresh. Service is always nice and the people there are helpful. Though the restaurant is really small so it is luck if you do find a spot to sit in busy times.“

“There are a lot of pizza options and all of them have been really really good so far (tried like 7 types). We got a bunch for our employees and I've gotten it for the family as well. So glad there is a zabihah halal, consistent, and delicious option locally. Service has been good as well.

My only gripe is that "The first and only halal pizzeria in the Bay" is either a lie or sly choice of grammar. It's heavily marketed as such in multiple places and emblazoned on the wall when you enter. On that note, atmosphere doesn't invite sit down but more of a take out experience. I'll keep coming back because the pizza is what we come for and it's really great.“

We had 5 adults and 1 child so gratuity was automatically added on to bill, but well worth it. The lady I believe was the owne,r gave us a scallion pancakes on the house. Great halal food. “I used to live in the area, and every time I stop by I have to come back to Dosa Point. It’s just good classic south Indian food (idli, vada, dosa, uttapam) along with other curry options. The vegan menu labeling is a little suspect i.e. things that *should* be vegan are not labeled as such, but in general it is accurate and you can always ask the staff. Compared to a lot of indian restaurants, they have a good understanding of veganism and default to oil rather than ghee. Seriously, just great food if you enjoy classic south indian stuff.“
